Didn't see anything for Bi's and Tri's. I use to do chest and triceps one day, back and biceps another, shoulders and legs another, and abs on any day i had the added energy to do a few sets. I use to do 8 sets (3 different exercises) no more than 10 reps. Once you get familiar with your strength you'll know what weight you can do for how ever many reps it is you desire. I would always work till failure. Also increase you protein intake this will help your muscles recover and build.

My questions is why were gloves if your gonna allow people to hit each other with trash can lids. And also allow outsiders to come into the ring and hit competitors with said lid. Interesting to say the least!!! :-? :-? :-? ;D

Ya i noticed that a lot of the sausages say that if you read. I don't think they could mix it if i got for example of a whole game bird.

Did that. But I've never ordered from any of the stores so i don't know which ones are reputable. As far as the hunt and game dinner gramps is 83 so don't think he'll be up for it but we have been to game dinners before great times. I did go to exoticmeatmarket and dartagnan they had some good stuff. I'll probably be getting a couple things from each. Soflabassaddict i was thinking about getting him some ostrich its something i know hes never had before but i also saw you could buy the eggs. Ever have them? If so how are they?

Ya i saw them but i was looking more for uncooked meats. I've looked at Omaha steaks but they have your ever day kind of meat. I'd like to get a couple different birds and fish something hes never had before.

My grandfathers birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him some different meats and fish. He's always been big into trying different foods. He primarily likes fish and poultry. So I was wondering if you guys order from any online sites and could make some recommendation's? Thanks for any help!

I'm not a huge fan of flying but, i love traveling. Me an the wife went to Bora Bora on our honeymoon. 14 hrs of flying but man was it worth it.

Only hook I use. Never had a problem. Absolutely love there twist lock and wacky hooks. Used Gammy's previously and would agree Owners are better.

I know where i live the fish are becoming very lethargic. I still catch them on cranks but its definitely not like in the summer. Summer you can burn the crank back in the fall I'll slow them way down and even throw a bunch of pauses in there. I usually get great results with flukes in cold water. Twitch, Twitch, Pause. slow and meticulous.

The real question now is were does he go????????

I think out of all the major plastic companies they all have there appeal. There isn't one that totally outshines the others. Some may be better priced some may have a bigger color selection or size selection. In my bag I probably have at least one bag of plastic from each company. Just my opinion.

Ya they were bled to keep the meat fresh. I didn't want to post the bloody pics but it was all i had.

I have a 766 and absolutely love it. I've actually thrown some deep cranks on it but primarily use it for flippin and frogs. Its very well balanced and not at all heavy for the size of it. If the rest of the line are comparable to it i'd say your gonna be happy.
