  5. Been fishing my core and curado 50's a lot lately. The heavier braking and lack of xship really standout fished next to my curado 70's.
  6. 1/32 jighead with 2"-2.5"-3" keitechs 2g-3g total weight 1/16 jighead ned rigs mostly googan rattlin neds around 6.5 grams total also small inline spinners set-up T3 with roroX 5g spool 8#super slick v2 braid Kuying super lite Ajing 7'6" .6g-10g rated rod.
  7. Yep Mend-it absolutely works on these its a necessity. Also for a little pop of color JJ's Magic works on the nub end.
  8. I have very rough dry skinned fingers and this has happened with all braids Ive used except YGK g-soul. Thicker lines 20#+ it happens more often.
  9. It has saved me hundreds of dollars it works. If needed a couple minutes cure time in a pinch, but I like overnight at least.

  11. MGL isnt always shallower. The 70 vs 70mgl spool the porting is different they have the same depth/width and line capacity.

  13. When it gets down to about 120-130 feet cause then Im casting the connection knot out. But I start with a full spool of braid add backing as necessary so it last for years. Some reels have 10 year old braid.

  15. Depends on the rod. I have a 1000 Stradic on an 8' medium light 3.6oz rod combo is great.
  16. I gave Lews a try with BB1 Pro same purchase bought Tatula and Chronarch CI4. Right away issue after issue with Pro so it got returned all the while the tat and ci4 still slinging away years later. The tat I dont use all that much anymore, its my frog reel, but the CI4 gets constant use.
  17. So I took one pack to work and weighed them on our very accurate precise scale and the lightest was 16.731g the heaviest 17.294g. 5/8oz=17.718g The Gamakatsu 4/0 Deep Throat Wide Gap fits the bait nicely thats what Ill use hook wise.

Placed order Thursday the 6th at 11:18 and they sent me notice that packaged shipped 11:51am and will be here Saturday the 8th. So total of 13 packs

  21. Not in my experience. Ive thrown fat ikas with 10# braid power pro and 60# braid ygk g-soul on same curado 70/ quantum smoke rod. Can really feel weight of the 60# line pulling down the ika while the 10# feels effortless soaring in the air. On a side note. I have a bfs shallow spool on a T3 with 8# Nanobraid and throwing an Ika farther than any other reel I have. On the stock T3 spool I have 40# Smackdown nope wont cast farter.
  22. Mine somehow wasnt aligned properly if memory is correct its been a number of years. I didnt replace mine just reset it in position think moved it in closer. But once realigned its worked fine.
