  1. He LIED! Those critters multiply like rabbits! You will see more around now that you are buying that boat. More things needed for that new boat! ;D
  2. WhAAAAAAAAAAA, I want in!! I don't know what I could do real well, but I want in. I do have a very clean garage to store my boat, maybe I can be the Garage King! ;D ;D
  3. Raul, great post, AGAIN! I am just sitting here, trying to apply this information to a C-Rigged lizard. (One of my favorite baits) I need to make more noise with it and more pressure waves, per se. (Tickers and lizards with curlier tails to make the pressure waves???? Is this the proper application of your info to real time C-rigging lizards?
  4. Raul, "We're Not Worthy, We're not worthy...." Another great post! Keep 'em coming, pal!
  5. Coool.............. Best of luck! Stay close to this site, Muddy Man, I always get a kick out of your posts! ;D
  6. Another one of the GREAT threads!! Great info guys. Thanks for all the info! Raul yours was terrific, and the others additions were great as well!
  7. Any of them coming to Northern California? ???
  8. Welsome back Muddy Man! When you say the girlfriend is gone, does that mean forever, or just for awhile? My wife got a kick out of your, "Thank you, God" ;D
  9. Out here in California, that would be considered "dinghy" water. I wish our water was not so clear out here. There is some water I fish that is clear 15+ feet. It makes it tough....but I still seem to get out every weekend and give it a try ;D ;D
  10. I agree, be a nice guy, but if coming into a club one would be a "threat" then I think I will continue to fish mostly by myself. About everytime I think i want to look for a club to join, I read something like this and think...maybe not. Not bashing you Sam, in fact, I appreciate the info. I think I will keep thinking about joing a club.....BTW, anyone know any clubs in the Sacramento/Folsom/Marysville area?? ;D
  11. Ithink "ol Gambler hit the nail on the head!
  12. I have read numerous posts about palming the reel. What is palming? When should one "palm" the reel? Sorry for the stupid question, but my curiosity got the best of me ;D
  13. Tough one; Rock & Roll. David Letterman or Jay Leno?
  14. I like the T-Rig (weightless) but have been pretty succesful with a C-rigged lizard. Love those c-rigs!
  15. RTM (Read The Manual)
  16. Interesting idea!! 8) Recommendations on the C-rig bait? As Will said, casting would be tricky. I guess you could also say it is a Carolina rig with a finesse bait up a few feet on the mainline also. Either way, interesting idea. I may try it next Saturday.
  17. DDbasser, Maybe it's a question of confidence. You obviously have confidence in the super flukes, but sounds like you may not have any confidence in Senko's. Maybe you should force yourself to go fishing only with senko's, and focus, focus, focus. Trust me, you'll come around and gain more confidence with the senkos.
  18. OK.................So did we decide the answer to the original question was" Spotted Bass" ??? ??? or was it Micropertitusterhsysrtndsughs, ;D ;D
  19. They may have been 'Spotted bass". I too had this same experience and found out they were spotted bass. Looks like LM but had smaller mouth and their lower sides and belly had spots...
  20. Castaic in Southern CA, Clear Lake in northern CA, and Lake Fork;supposedly that is #2 compared to Castaic with the possibility of the next WR. But, I also know of some small lakes/ponds back in Indiana that I would just love to go back and fish in a 14 ft jonboat. But that's just me!
  21. Hey Hookhead, I was in that exact store, Fishermans Warehouse and was looking for some Fat Ika's myself...none to be found. I was also looking for some Zoom Horny toads.....completely out. So I was only able to spend about $115.00 there last Friday night ;D
  22. That's how I found Bassresource.com. Haven't looked back since, nor do I visit any other sites. This place has it all, period!
  23. We may break the 2500 members tonight! Congrats, Glenn!!
  24. First light to about 11:00 - noon. Then I need to get off...too many boaters (skiers, jet skis) Then I will usually come home and do a few chores, then take my afternoon nap. Then I will ususally take the little lady out for dinner or bbq myself. Usually, Sat. evenings we either do a movie or watch a movie at home. (Or I get on this forum while the wife watches TV...like right now. She is watching some gymnastic stuff....BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
