Strike Kings attempt to copy Keiteck fails when it comes to the swimming action. Ive used both and stuck with keiteck. Strike king seems more durable,but dont catch as many fish in my opinion. Abottle of mend-it will go along way in getting your moneys worth from kieteck as they are alot softer. Remember, to ALWAYS rig them perfectly straight, to get the best swim out of them.

You can put your hooks on safety pins. And store all jigheads in another smaller box. The weight of the jigheads alone will bow the top open enough to allow hooks to wander. Might also try a plano 3700 CDS (the thin one) they seen to be better quality.

Hope your feeling better and improving as time passes. I also have had two strokes. The first one i didnt even realize. I was working 10-12hr day most of the year. I had no clue and just thuoght i was worn down from workin 6days week. This went on for at least a year. Headed to work one morning,i go to a certain point and coulnt remember witch way to turn. I drive the same way for 16yrs. That was when i had stroke 2. The first stroke was much worse than the last. I only have 40 percent strenght on the right side, my memorys not well,and when i walk i still drift to the right. Im not able to take care of bills etc because of my thought process. My job of 16yr let me go because if it. I was put on disablty an unable to work acording to them.it really sucks,i have worked a job since i was 13 if i wastin school. Keep on with theropy at home,and take one day ay a time. You dont really have a choice when you can only do so much. ONE DAY AT A TIME. Thoughts are with ya sir-KDW96

Id try the milk crate idea. Id take a jig saw, and cut a slot in the bottom of the crate. Just big enough for the rudder to slide into. A small bungee cord to hold the crate in place? If it would hold tight,your could just leave it on,till you get to your spot. Or maybe a piece of a pool noodle,bungeed over the top and bottom of the rudder ?

Good ole Uncle Josh. In my opinion is still the best jig trailer, esspecially in colder water. It amaze me what people charge for a jar now its not made anymore. I never pay more than 2.00 a full bottle. Iguess im sitting on a gold mine........

Most of the time,its a lite colored ballcap. When its really hot,i use a widebrim.

I fish and i deer hunt.(bownunt & gun ). I fish ALOT of large an small ponds. Some of them are over populated with bass an crappie. The owners have asked that i keep a bunch when im there. I do so, and most of what i take,i clean and give to those in need and family. I caught a 5lb7oz. that i new was not gonna make it. I didnt mean for it to turn out like that. But that fish and others,provided a nice christmas dinner along with the deer meat i give a elderly man an woman every year. I take 2 deer a year. 1 for me,and 1 for family and the 2 elderly. They are all very appreciative. There is nothing wasted, dear carcass feeds other wildlife, as do fish remains. My point is, things will happen in life. Enjoy what nature provides you with, while you are on the earth.
