I have a 4 jig order from the first week of May. Chris at Northstar said they'd be here this week so I'd imagine you should be getting yours soon too. Not sure the quantity you got but maybe that's a factor as well. Hope I get mine before this weekend. Got 3 solid days of fishing ahead of me and I'd love to throw these flip n' swim jigs.

Awaiting on my first Northstar order still. Eager to try them out but been quite a wait for them. I haven't tried the Siebert jigs yet either so I can't comment there. I also like the SK Swimg jigs in Bluegill color.

Yea...she's not broken in completely yet. But you should still soak those bearings and relube with the Shimano oil or comparable. Don't go out and buy bearings if you don't need too. You can do as you wish, I just don't think it's completely necessary. I'd give it a season to decide if you want to make the upgrade, that's just me though.

How old is the Curado? You may just need some more break-in time. But if you haven't soaked the bearings, start there.

Just curious, how'd the guide get oval shaped?

'01 R73 with an Evinrude Ficht 115. Boat runs like a champ and is smooth as silk on the water. It's a little on the small side to be honest but will fish two guys no problem. I love it simply because I fish a lot of smaller bodies of water. One day I'll upgrade to a bigger boat.
