  1. JT, So what would you start with for a reaction bait? Should down size big time, right? It is 24hrs before launch time...gonna need some help on this one. Someone will have a limit...there always is...no matter what the conditions...lol
  2. Same question from me. You have high 60's to high 70's, then on tournament day it will be in the 30's with snow/rain showers. How do you fish this kind of conditions? Remember.....I hate COLD.....lol
  3. Oh just RUB it IN...lol
  4. Welcome Aboard....yes you will learn and hope you have a good sense of humor too...lol Never know when you will see something to smile about on here.
  5. JT, When our Gander Mountain came to town, they never had a Grand Opening like that with any kind of Pro to help with products and questions. Wish I lived closer...would have liked to come for a visit.
  6. Just got my new Gortex Rainwear today from BPS. Very nice....can't wait to try them out... : I hate rain....lol
  7. The TR176 Magnum can run from 16-20K depending on the size of your motor.
  8. 2003 Triton TR176 Magnum 2004 Mercury 115 OptiMax Minnkota Trolling Motor Lowrance x51 front and Console Tritonman has to pull it though....lol Cause I DRIVE a Ford Escort....lol...4 door, 4 cylinder...lol Not much muscle there...lol :
  9. I use big Freezer bags with a white strip on them so I can label them, like Creature baits, Finesse worms, Stick Worms, Goby's, Tubes, Craws..etc. Put them in the side storage units of my Triton. This way if either Tritonman or myself needs something we just grab a bag and get what we need. We had so many tubes though....lol..had to put them under the seat...lol But that worked great for us...The binder bags are too small when storing for 2. Oh, almost forgot...keep them in their original bags inside the freezer bags.
  10. Everyday, but once my Saturdays get filled..will be 6 days a week....lol
  11. Auto Value Announces "Fish Us First" Program Long time NBAA supporter Auto Value stores have announced a major new program for NBAA members. Auto Value's Fish us First program will offer each of our members a chance to win tickets to a Michigan International Speedway event at each of NBAA's 70+ Divisions! All you have to do is fish the first tournament of each division that's 70 chances to win! Starting in April through the end of June, anglers in the northern region divisions will qualify for the Auto Value Fish Us First tickets. There will be over 70 divisions starting their seasons and at each of these first tournaments the directors will award a pair of race tickets. This is the largest promotion in team tournament that anyone can recall says Jim Sprague of NBAA. Auto Value has stepped up in a huge way to kick off our 2005 season up to 70 different times! www.nbaa-bass.com
  12. Never said I was against them. They soak through when sitting or kneeling in/on a wet spot...ie seat, or the floor. I like my Frogg Toggs, just noticed that they soak through. Does that help...lol....geez, tuff crowd...lol..git no respect...no respect at all...lmao Oh, weren't you looking for Gortex? BPS has them on sale.
  13. Does this answer that question?
  14. Please do us all a favor and make sure you have on more than a THONG when your clothes come off going too fast...lol ;D :
  15. I have ridden in both and I would have to agree with Nick...get an Aluminum that rides like a Glass, like what I own. You can man handle an aluminum a lot more than a glass boat and not worry about putting a hole in it. Sorry Nick, but they are doing so much more with aluminum boats these days, that it will be hard to tell them apart untill you rub up against a metal dock stake. Which will cost more to repair? You can even max out with a 200hp on a 19 1/2' aluminum. What will ya do when they have a 21' aluminum Bass boat, with a 250hp on it?
  16. Bass Pro has a sale on their Gortex rainwear. Just have to ask them about it. Yes I own Frogg Toggs, and I tell ya what...Tritonman is right. Sit down on a wet seat and they would soak right through. Kneel down to tie on a lure on the wet floor...they would soak through. They don't keep the COLD out either, not insulated. They are great for keeping the rain and wind off ya though. But for the money...Don't waste your money on them.

Can ya send me their first names..so I can make it a personal prayer? Am sorry to hear. Thanks
  18. I don't have a Marina or a boat deal, but if I need work on my boat, I just take it back to where I bought it from and let them know I have a tournament coming up and they have it ready in no time. You just need to let them know you will need it back soon. As long as there is no other Tournament boats in front of you...they should be able to get you in front of the line... ;D Most will do that for you if you just ask nicely. This place is really good too. KVD's brother owns and runs it. He has great people on his staff up there in K-ZOO. Squid
