  1. And GLAD that you DIDN'T go, aren't you? ;D
  2. No he is not moving...lol...better not...lol. I think he is looking to help expand the NBAA team trail out there, that, and he has relatives that live and fish out there...trying to find something for them...maybe...better not be moving!! >
  3. That will teach you, you little @#$%. Hope your brothers didn't see you disapear. Will catch them little Bass @#$%s next....lol
  4. Wow, that was fast....hard to beleive it grew that fast, huh?
  5. The game is not to beat your partner, but to both weigh in fish. This is the finest testament to a boater, when both have limits and it goes a long way towards a good rep. as an angler and a person. Well Said
  6. I wish my Wal-Mart would have sales on their fishing stuff like that.
  7. Already did the tackle cutdown, now I need to work on Jig fishing and Spinner bait fishing....just don't feel comfortable using them...so I will be using them on our Monday night tournaments.
  8. I am with Fisher of Men, but also want to fish OKEE
  9. I have never had a problem catching fish when the fish weren't suppose to be biting....lol
  10. Dang it...I missed by about 100.....lol Cool to hear about it..so now what...1500?
  11. I wouldn't think so, since that is one of their means of finding food, is scent. But the noise they do get conditioned to. Just like men...lol....we hear what we want to hear... ;D :
  12. Plus you see product lines offering extra money if caught with their Product. Would be nice to be JOE and find that ticket, eh?
  13. Dude, do you fish with Tritonman?...lol Sounds like what he want to bring all the time..lol. We also bring LOTS of water or Powerade, peanut butter sandwiches, carrots, jerky, bananas, grapes, soda ie MTN Dew. Then we hurry to the bathroom after eating most of that...lol. Coffee too.
  14. Great article...now put this on the FLW site...lol...man do they need to read that one...lol
  15. Well since Tritonman and I compete against each other for the year of bragging rights on who caught the MOST fish....lol...dam it...lol...10 dinks would be fine...oh HECK!!...he can win again....lol...give me the 10 POUNDER. He can brag all he wants about who out caught who. I can say I caught the biggest fish of my LIFE!!...lol
  16. Tritonman and I take turns Front ending each other...lol...but the sad truth is...the guy in the back always beat the guy in the front...lol. We would each try something different until a pattern showed then both fish that pattern. If doing a pro-am get to his boat early enough to see what he has on his rods...then match him...if he front ends you, change up and out fish him. Remember FLW sees a pro as someone who owns a boat, not someone who can fish..so be the PRO and out fish the boat owner if he is front ending you really bad. Drop Shot, Texas and Carolina Rigs should work well and Crank the hell out of him too...lol Besides, isn't it more fun to beat the PRO? lol
  17. Well this year, with finally entering the BFL I will be fishing at least 32 tournaments, plus practice days, plus working and fishing the NBAA Classics in Kentucky, Tritonman and Myself should be on the water close to 75-100 times. Glad I am single, cause he is gonna hear about it from his wifey pooh....lol She thought we fished a lot last year, I think we were on the water only 25 times last year...good thing he is going deaf...lmao. Did everyone read what Sam wrote? Now this is the type of guys I go fishing with...lol...Tritonman, please take note...lol: Quote from Sam: I hate cold weather, and anything under 70 degrees is cold to me!
  18. squid replied to fatbass's topic in Fishing Reports
Hey, what is that suppose to mean?....lol I might be tempted to throw a bait in between chunks of ice...lol
  19. Me too, always get a kick out of that one.
  20. Make sure if you get one that it will be able to charge all your batteries....ie...3 batteries..get a 3 bank charger.
  21. Just about anything you throw, you will want to slow it down....but with it being close to spawn, start out with some big plastics and big wobbly crank baits too.... ;D
  22. Fishig your strengths is your first bet, but what are you going to do if they don't work for the situation of the lake or day? Need to be some what versatile in other areas just incase you are not catching ANYTHING!! Practice never hurt anyone. Need all I can get all the time....lol
  23. My #1 fish catching tactic is throwing a clear tiny torpedo with a red treble hook, and slow jerk it back. Will catch any fish and bass any time of the day for me. Wish them dam bluegills would leave it alone...lmao
  24. We have a lake around my town that needs to lower the size down so we can harvest them out. Had a tournament 2 years ago and only ONE(1) boat caught a 14" bass, the legal size. Everyone complained that the biggest one they caught was around 13". So YES TAKE ALL YOU WANT from this lake...lol. DNR rep. said they are trying to lower it to 12" and let more people keep them to eat. Just for that lake only, they would have to post it. SOON I HOPE...lol.
  25. This is one Topic that I have enjoyed reading....lots of humor in [glb]ALL[/glb] of it, if you don't take it seriously. Who cares where the record comes from....I just want to see it happen while I am still alive. I just don't like the way the woman was treated when she had it beat....seems like they didn't want it beat just yet to me, or maybe by a woman.
