  1. What do you guys use to remove those tiny c clips on your casting reels?
  2. Why not most boaters are casting to shore lol
  3. Nope I'd be to busy trying to get him to sign my baby
  4. I hope they don't lose the good customer service if bps does buy them out....
  5. Yeah but a spinning setup is much cheaper
  6. Not bad if only I had the space. I run a few engine lathes at work to bad they don't let me do anything else besides jobs for the company. Some day I'll get one haha
  7. Looks like water transfer printing. Could be wrong but saw some cool vids on the tube of rims being painted
  8. How much does one of those go for? Nice looking lathe.
  9. Only thing I worry about is the fish getting gut hooked. Easy to forget when your casting and covering water.
  10. Only reason I can think of is if it's Texas rigged and the hook is more then half its length
  11. Aliens I tells you! Lol I hate cold front fishing to, similar situations I like to work the bottom, then a few feet off the bottom. After that I usually throw something with a slow fall that I can work up and down the water column. Most of the time its a shakey head, drop shot, then wacky. Unless the deep parts in that pond is a straight drop I'd try fishing across the slope starting at the shallow end and work my way down. Run a crankbait across that and try to bump the slope. Have patience and good luck to you.
  12. Location location location lol they carry what sells can't blame that. I'm a tw guy tough. Can't just walk into a store and pick up a few jigs or a pack of worms, I start seeing stuff I want then 10 bucks turns into 50 real quick.
  13. Saw an old man using tin foil on his jig heads for crappie, he was killing them.....
  14. Underside of the roof with duct tape lol
  15. Go play around with some reels at the store if you can, then come back home and research the ones you like, lots of reviews for almost any reel can be googled. I've had 3 low end reels crap out on me when I could of just spent a little more for better quality one, but it depends on how much you fish. Have fun with your new toy.
  16. Not to thread Jack but what kind of pvc tubes do you guys ship in? Diameter size and cost?
  17. Yeah it's handy to have a cabelas near by but for the prices I'd rather shop at tackle warehouse
  18. I just find a big tree and sit with my 22. Sometimes when I stalk them if they see me and run to the other side of the tree I throw a branch over and most of the time they come back around. Crockpots are great. And skinning isn't that bad.
  19. Well after holding them for a minute they did stick back together, just saved a few bucks so I'm happy
  20. For some reason when I apply this glue to my senkos it just tears them apart. I guess that's the price of using them to catch fish lol super glue just hardens them and this stuff just splits the rips even further.
  21. Yeah mine has the same problem I just got used to it.
  22. How drunk am I lol
  23. Try to get the lightest and balanced combo you can your wrist will thank you
