0.030 is what I gap my Johnson plugs but my motor is way smalller. When I bought the boat, it had NGK plugs in it. I changed to Champion, which is what was recommended by Johnson, and it made a world of difference in cranking.

Great thing you are doing. My little city own lake has a can but I pick up trash very time I fish and throw in in the barrel. Hard to believe people will not walk a few yards to throw trash away.

I use Megastrike but what is really strange, I just bought some Colgate toothpaste today in the 6 oz size, in the fresh mint. Sure enought, the flip cap fits. I don't think I have ever bought Colgate. Don't tell my wife I tried the toothpaste cap on the ms.

I always put some Seafoam along with Startron when I need gas. Since starting this combo, my boat cranks and runs better. I even hear a difference in the sound of my motor, I really thinks it helps.

Do what I did with the Simms glove, remove the leather piece and then cut the finger shorter, works great now with a spinning rod.

Always use a trailer, at the very least, a twin tail.

You really have to be careful with Z Man plastic but it is well worth the effort.
