  1. x2 that's what we use. We have one hooked up to the computer and all computer stuff and then another that is hooked up to the 50" flat screen and dvd, xbox, etc... They keep your electronics protected and even give you a few extra minutes of power. The only downside is that ours make this obnoxious beeping noise every 30 seconds or so whenever they are activated until you turn them off.
  2. Rage craw or Paca Craw/Chunk
  3. at least it was just a fly. Can you imagine getting a 5/0 EWG or a round bend jig hook with jig skirt, trailer and all stuck in your face?
  4. Wow, that's great to hear! Nice job Matt and Trevor.
  5. that link led me to this:
  6. yeah, it just takes time. My roommate (BIGTWOOD from the other night) says that when you play enough you get "thumbs," meaning your reflexes and aiming and what not get tuned and I completely agree with him. If he is out of practice he says he "doesn't have his thumbs" or his "thumbs aren't working." I'm still trying to get my thumbs used to playing on a larger tv than I'm used to. It throws off your aiming and the sensitivity. So you guys just need to play until you get your thumbs working. ;D
  7. yeah, they were hustling us. Those negative scores they had for the first 6 or so rounds were all an ingenious ploy... ;D
  8. why would he stay out for 10 days after finding that? what a moron.

The year after I graduated my highschool played against the school that UVA's first baseman went to. Our team lost but their team went on to win the state championship. It's also the same high school that Justin Verlander went to.
  10. Very easily accessible for everyone. Take exit 150A from I-81, drive till you reach 460, make a left and drive to Bedford. 45 minutes from the interstate. That said, Bedford is hardly in the 'corner' of the state. sure, it's very accessible if you're on I-81, but how many times are truckers going to stop to visit? ;D I know Bedford really isn't the "corner" of the state, but population density-wise it's pretty far out there. Plus, how many tourists go out that way? I know people probably stop as they are on their way to other places but it could have much more traffic if they put it near a touristy place like DC. Think of all the tourists that already go there for all the other monuments. DC visitors could just add it to their "places to see" list while they are in the area.
  11. Those point schemes look awful.
  12. Agreed. I've heard good things about the Extremes and I'd say at their sale price they are a good value, but at $80 you have a a few options that would offer better performance, durability, and fishing pleasure for only a little more money. What else is good at $80 and let me just say I do not trust EBAY or anything else like it. BPS Pro Qualifier has been getting good reviews, lots of people like the Daiwa Tierra, and the Citica E is a great reel. All of those reels are only $20-$30 more.
  13. You're crazy. My E casts better and has a much smoother retrieve than my D. I honestly don't think the Citica E is that far off from my Fuego.

  15. the Silver thread "Excalibur" version is more like Yo Zuri Ultra soft if you ask me
  16. I understand why they put the memorial there but I think it was a poor decision. Putting it in the corner of Virginia (the least populated corner) really limits how many visitors they can get.

    I want UVA to win.
  18. dude, ethernet cables are like $7....
  19. i might be able to get two of my buddies to play also. If we don't have enough for a full game we can just party up and then play with other people.
  20. it has something to do with the way the chemicals get stored in the fish. I know carp and catfish have something about their biology that make them hold higher concentrations and of chemicals for longer time than other fish species. Something with their cells or something as far as I understand it...
  21. yeah, really. Well hopefully other guys have seen it this but not posted or will see it before tomorrow night. Hopefully.
