  1. Having empty beer cans can get you charged with underage possession in lots of states. Here in VA, you can get charged if you have an empty red party cup if the police detect any remnants of alcohol in it. Heck, it doesn't even have to be in a cup, you can be charged with underage possession of alcohol for possessing the alcohol IN YOUR BODY.
  2. i've tried to find info about them online. All I can find is a few pictures. Apparently they are Academy's brand, though. I've read some good reviews on them and they look worth trying. Too bad I don't have an Academy anywhere close to me...
  3. After finally trying RW's suggestion late this past season, I have to admit, I love the Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra Soft. The only thing about it for me was that it is a little difficult to find. It's like a cross between fishing line and string, just the right limpness and low memory.
  4. I saw one before about spotted bass. Very cool show. I really like any show that shows lures in the water being hit by fish. Lindner's Angling Edge does that sometimes, but it isn't a feature of the show.
  5. when I worked at dick's they were called goby's. I also thought they would be great baby bass substitutes.
  6. The only places near Fredericksburg that I know to fish are wading areas...Too bad because one of them has produced fish over 16" and up to 21" every time I go.

wow, Glenn. Wasn't expecting that. I agree with your analysis as well.
  8. I don't understand why it is saying it is burning in "mp3 form" because an audio cd does not have mp3 files on it. In the burning process, the files are converted before they actually go on the disc. That's why a 700MB CD can only hold 15-20 songs even though each mp3 is about 4mb on average
  9. when you write a song to a CD, they should no longer be in wma or mp3 format unless you are writing a data cd. Some head units can play these cds (which would be data cds technically) as long as the files on it are supported, usually popular formats such as the mp3 or wma. It sounds like you accidentally burned a data cd with music files, some of which are compatible with your head unit, but others that aren't, like perhaps a .m4p or whatever the format itunes uses. The only thing is, I don't know if you can even burn data cds with windows media player.

I haven't heard of what you're talking about but I think THIS might be similar? It's got a trailer holder on it and the trailer is supposed to be texas rigged.
  14. i wish that was true for me, basspro. I can't buy a bite in my waters this time of year.
  15. You really don't need to buy or download anything as long as your keyboard has a "PrintScreen" button. If it does, just press it whenever you want to take a screenshot. Nothing will happen but a screenshot will be put onto a virtual clipboard. Open up a program like Paint. Press "Ctrl+V" and the image will be pasted into Paint. Then you can edit it with Paint's tools or just save it.
  16. Good point. Children are a product of their parents. If this kid acts a certain way, most of that behavior is probably attributable to something his parents did or didn't do. and lmao at Red Foreman, Burley. Somebody would definitely get a foot in their ***.
  17. Karu Lures, one of BR's sponsors makes some that look pretty good. I just ordered some of the finesse football jigs, they sound like what you're looking for. fluke, I have some jigs that are very similar to those and they are awesome. Those dirtyjigs look great! I might have to try them out.
  18. what day is everyone planning to go to the expo? It looks like I might be able to only go on Sunday
  19. I saw Bill Nye the science guy at Dulles International Airport one time and I believe I MIGHT have seen Roland Martin at Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans. also, I met George W. Bush, Ozzie Smith, Paul Molitor and Andy Pettite at the same event. The guy in the green shirt is my twin brother, I'm on the right in the blue striped shirt. Andy Petitte is the big guy, you know who Dubya is, and Ozzie is in the orange on the far right. Paul Molitor was off to the right out of frame.
  20. I've been eye-ing an LC gunfish for a while. Last time I went to my BPS they didn't have any though... Maybe that and some shakey head stuff.
  21. Alright, I didn't think I would ever end up getting a baitcasting rig but I think it is time to get one. I need another setup for bigger presentations than my spinning outfit can handle. I'm looking for reel and rod suggestions for under $150 combined. Also, I'm looking for a Medium/Heavy to Heavy action. Any brands, models, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
