Which is why they should join a new conference. Pac10? Big10? I know it's much easier said then done but I think it would be best for them. And imagine if they joined the Big10! Then there would be 12 teams and they could split it into two divisions and have a championship game and the SEC and Big12 wouldn't be able to complain about being at a disadvantage.

I'm still not convinced that they are worthy of being ranked anywhere in the top 15. They may have had some nice wins here and there in the past but until they schedule more than one good team in a schedule full of lollipops then I don't want to hear about why they should be allowed in the NC

I like them alright but I prefer others like War Eagles. They are $1 less and I personally think they can be worked more slowly.

depending on what day u wanna go , u could ride down with me. Im in woodbridge which means u would only have to drive 40 mins to my house and I drive the rest. I wanna go on saturday to hear the G man speak in the morning. He's one of my fave guys on the BASS tour. Dan what kinda deals u think will be there friday ? I havent been before so I can only go on what I heard. Is there gonna be used stuff for sale ? Or do you mean deals on new stuff ? I don't think any of the vendors sell used stuff. I've never been on Friday, but my friend likes to go on the first day so that he can see what the vendors have available and not have to worry that he missed any sale items they might have.

I might go both days. I haven't decided yet. Rob wants to go on Friday to get the deals but some of the other guys are going on Saturday and I'd like to go along with them also. You gonna carpool with Rob or drive yourself so you can leave when you need to?

wait, how are you finding such great deals on G Loomis rods if they hold way more resale value? ;D Just because they probably sell larger quantities of GLX than LTB? I can believe that GLXs can be had for less than $240 (price of a new Legend Tournament) on occasion but I do not believe that the same Legend Tournaments can't also be "shopped around for" and found for less...

The GLX would be more sensitive, but for how much more expensive it is, it SHOULD be.

I think the he means the problem is that he is shutting them off without being fully conscious, at least that's the problem I have sometimes. I'll turn the alarm clock off without even really being awake. The alarm clocks that Dave posted are designed to stay on unless you solve a puzzle or do something that requires brain function...so they won't shut off unless you truly are awake.

yep, they have DTT stuff at Green Top. DTT usually has a booth at the expo as well. They have a bunch of jigs, spinnerbaits, etc...and also a few guys there who will assemble custom spinnerbaits for you. You choose skirt colors, head styles, and blade configurations and they put it together for you.

How about John Odenkirk? Would his job as Fisheries Biologist for the state of Virginia qualify him as a "scientist"? Because I'm not just stating my opinion, that's what he says and it's based on evidence. And no offense, but those of us who live around snakeheads know MUCH more about the situation than the average person who has never seen one except on the over-dramatic "oh my god snakeheads are gonna eat every fish and all our babies!" "documentaries" that are on tv... You are right that it's better to be on the safe side because there are too many variables that one species can alter, but the fact remains that SO FAR, the snakehead has not had any detrimental affect on the Potomac river fishery so they ARE NOT "always dangerous to the ecosystem."

Well they're dangerous to the eco system that's for sure. If they and the asian carp make it to the great lakes that can seriously screw things up for us fisherman. no, that is not for sure. This has been discussed thoroughly in previous threads. They have NOT had any detrimental affect on the Potomac ecosystem in the years they have been here.
