Question for Glenn
I don't understand how those places aren't in violation of sanitation laws.

Mike Leach fired
I don't think they saw it as a way to get rid of him before his bonus was due, I think it was more that they didn't know what was going to happen in the investigation and having to pay the bonus just helped them make up their minds.

What would you guys do?
Yeah, and then call the spelling police to report NewAngler's misspelling of the word "grammar" ;D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muphry%27s_law

Got hit by a trojan
^I like Malware Bytes' Antimalware also. It's free and it finds stuff that some other programs don't find.

Glenn, how do the google ads work?Do they filter their ads for malware and was this recent malware-linked ad a freak occurrence that somehow got through? I'm just a little skeptical about clicking on any random ads right now.

Cumara vs. Loomis GLX spinning
What I meant was that for rods that retail for around $200 there are better options ;D Good luck with the IMX, I'm sure you'll be happy with that choice.

Cumara vs. Loomis GLX spinning
I really hate to say it, but I have not been overly impressed with the sensitivity of my Cumara M/XF 7'2" rod. It replaced a St Croix LTB spinning rod of similar ratings but I regret it now. I firmly believe the LTB was more sensitive. Wayne, if you can find a deal, go for the IMX or GLX. If you can't, there are better options than the Cumara within its retail price range.

Hope I get use to reeling left handed!
x2. It's not about time as much as it is about having the rod in your dominant hand for better hooksets. That's why I use left hand retrieves.

WHAT!!!!!!!!! it's only been 2 days since we got this snow!!
I know....Too bad I'm sending my reels out on Monday. All 5 are getting cleaned, lubed, and greased. Two of them will receive new Orange Seal bearings.

Stoops? Why would they want him right now?

Do you mess with the Shimano VBS on the reels?
Of course. I usually change them if I'm casting into heavy wind or if I change from one bait to another of a vastly different weight. They're there to be used, but if you stay within similar conditions and throw lures with similar weights you shouldn't need to use them too much.

BPS Pro Qualifier Rods
My Extreme feels like a broomstick compared to my "name brand rods." It is a MH that is more like an XH and it is heavy and not very sensitive. I use it as a swimbait rod.

Daiwa Capricorn
the orange ones are made exclusively for Dick's Sporting Goods. From what I've heard, they aren't as good as the silver Capricorns. I've heard of some longevity issues but I always thought they felt like decent reels in the store.
