Buying a new boat certificate, any body done it
The winner of the boat will receive a 1099 form for the amount of $33K, which he must include as income on his Tax Return. When the winner of the boat sells the boat he should legally add sales taxes to the sales amount. That seldom, if ever, happens and is pretty much ignored by the local and Federal tax authorities.

Lackluster fishing trip, but I got to meet Catt.
Yup. Last Thursday I made the eight hour trip down to Toledo Bend to fish with my Cajun cronies. After three and a half days of fishing the four of us were able to boat only twenty keepers (over 14".) The great upside of the trip was that I finally had the opportunity of meeting Catt. My biggest surprise was that I was expecting to meet another old fart like me, and instead met a gentleman whom I estimated to be in his early forties. Despite the fact that my co-anglers had been fishing the Bend for fifteen years, Catt clued us in on a site that no one in my group had discovered - and it was less than a five minute boat ride from where we were staying. Go figure. Tommy, it was a pleasure to have met you, and many thanks for the tip that put a few nice bass in my boat.

I am sick to my stomach....and an idiot!!!
How about forgeting to set the "anti-back-spin" switch on your spinning reel? You try to set the hook and your reel starts spinning backwards at a frantic pace. Result? No fish, and a backlash the size of a baseball. I've never done that of course. :-[

spinning reels under $75
Pflueger President or Trion. Great reels for the money. Those are the only ones I own.

OnBoard Charger
Most on-board marine chargers are pretty much water-proof. That said, I would be somewhat concerned about the charger if my boat sank. ;D BTW, I have no idea why you started a poll about trolling motors when your question was about chargers. Did I miss something?

Oil Prices Plunge!
$2.95 in Tulsa. That's good, because I'm headed for Toledo Bend Thurs A.M. A full tank will cost me only about $80, instead of $100 plus. It will get me about half way there.

If you are too lazy to use proper capitalization and punctuation, then I am too lazy to offer you meaningful advice.

what's the feasability of
There's no reason why you couldn't do so. If you are pretty handy, it should be a relatively simple matter. BTW, you've just given me an idea on what to do with one of my retired units.

Oil Prices Plunge!
Gasoline is retailing in Tulsa for $3.09 this afternoon; a twenty cent drop in only thirty-six hours. I'm pretending I'm on a submarine and the Commander is screaming "Dive, Dive, Dive!"

THINGS THAT HAVE ME CONCERNED THIS MORNING
Muudy, I am SO disappointed with you. While you are being so self-centered with your navel lint, I, on the other hand, concern myself with problems of a much more global nature. After years of research I am still unable to answer the one question that troubles so many of us. That is, "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" Yes, I know that a woodchuck would chuck wood if he could, but if he could, how much wood would he chuck? The answer simply boggles the mind!

Help me brainstorm
If the owner has been there for years, then at one point in time he was either providing quality service and/or had few local competitors who could provide the same quality at the same price. Times have changed. Have the owner take a look at the latest demographics in his area. What has changed? If larger, Big Box stores have sprung up in his area, then he is fighting an uphill battle unless he has already built up a dedicated client base. It appears to me that, at sometime in the past, the owner allowed the quality of his service to deteriorate because he doesn't seem to have that client base. If I were you I would find another job.

I wholeheartedly agree. Gary is butt ugly. He's also a pretty darned good fisherman, and a very good cook - for a Yankee. ;D
