The best advice I can give you is fish DEEP. Yes, deep. If you think you're fishing deep enough, go even deeper.

Last march or april my brother and I were fishing a tournament here in NOVA and it was thundering and lightening all day....just pretended we couldn't hear it ;D. Only managed 2 or 3 keepers that day, but caught like 30 fish!!!!

Look around for smaller jon boat tournaments. That's what my brother and I do. Check out the website for it, it's so much fun. www.fountainheadbassclub.com .I'm 17 and he's 15 (16 on july 1st). We bought a jon boat for $350 with a 9.9hp and trailer. Cleaned her up and put another $500-$800 now she looks like this. (Tournaments we use the cooler as a livewell. It has an aeration system, and an oxygenator. We also fill it with Please release me)

You should definetly invest in a new rod. Setting the hook with a noodle of a rod really doesn't get the job done. You don't even need a very expensive rod, but a good, medium heavy rod should do. Make sure it has some back bone to it. Matt Strykul

Yeah bud, I'll take that bet. It's impossible for your heart to stop because of marijuana. That would be an overdose am I correct? You can't overdose on marijuana unless you smoked X amount of POUNDS within an hour. I am not tryin to fight or start a fuss over this I'm just sayin, health projects teach stuff.

My right knee is real bad, but both of my knees are bad. I have been rollerblading competitively since I was about 7 years old, thats 10 years of (atleast 4 times a weak) 4 lb weights per leg pullin against my knee. I have osgoodslaughters disease in my right knee, and it's the worst. I should probably go see a doctor before it gets too bad.

Pegged Trig or jig or EVEN throw that crankbait! They are meant to be lost and beat the heck out of. Get a square billed on, it should deflect quite well.

while smoking pot is deffiently wrong your forgeting that monster and all energy drinks are loaded with caffiene(and other subtances)which is a drug that can kill you in large quantities but both can affect your ability to think rationally and function. also drinking 4 monsters within a short period isnt exactly smart either considering the can says no more than 3 a day Exactly my thought. Drink 4 monsters so they can DIE? I read an article of a motocross rider that drank 4 redbulls in 2 hours before his race so he would have a faster reaction to start and his heart stopped. The medics there saved his life and revived him luckily. I don't care how much weed you smoke, your heart isn't going to stop because of it.

Thanks flippin4it. Vabasser, it's always fun takin the girls out ;D I took my gf out a month ago and she had a blast, she even caught a pound and a halfer on a shakey head. I've been havin alot of luck on jigs (bigger fish). Shakey heads are producing but mostly smaller fish. C rig will be coming into play soon.

Man, you posted this RIGHT after I got out of my TV studio class (aka my free period to check BR and do whatever). I really hope I made the cut since you make my favorite jigs!

I'm not too great at it but sometimes I can do it pretty well with a jig. Just have to be extremely comfortable with your setup.
