Ironically the middle of the channel is a great place for topwater where we were. Shad eating bugs in the scum line are always getting trucked by large SMB in the dead center

Spinning digitally although i know of several abandoned gas stations that left those pumps standing there haha

They get into everything! All the gas pumps here have them inside the glass where the numbers are spinning . If I leave a tarp outside there’s millions of them in the folds. The worst is the grill cover, I just gave up putting it on

We’ve had millions of those for years, I hate them

I’ve found smallmouth to bite year round, what triggers them is a fishing lure not a temp or the sun I have also seen a thunderstorm fire them off

Just the bark scares away nefarious humans in the night

Since I’ve already hijacked this thread …… i don’t know why but I always wanted a small black mutt dog with pointy ears. Those GSD are awesome tho!!! Dogs are the best protection
