  1. I don’t care what they think about me as long as they keep selling me armor Shads
  2. Hahaha! Thank you for that I watch all the bilge podcast and I thought this was boring crap they’ve already talked about so many times.
  3. Our two story Dicks house of sport is pretty awesome. They have tons of stuff
  4. @AlabamaSpothunter posting fish pics, life is back to normal !!! stud LM my friend’s uncle works for berkley and had given me a Choppo, somehow I lost it until now. Threw it today and missed a small fish twice in a row. Then a nice one smashed it in shallow shoals, he jumped a few times and fought like crazy, 17.5 “ we also caught several redbreast sunfish
  5. Now that’s my kind of food
  6. I felt like I was having an awesome time catching big bass with trout
  7. See there you listed two worms, senko and shakey head. Just like the bass you can’t resist
  8. Bigs eat the worm
  9. TnRiver46 replied to Mobasser's topic in Fishing Tackle
I always get jigheads zoom flukes and zoom finesse worms in there. Love eagle claw jig heads
  10. @AJ Hauser, hhaahahahahahahah!!!!! remind me sometime to tell you the story about driving that old boat by a Riverside wedding venue very loudly and slowly with my brazen friend riding in the front seat
  11. I have the toughest riveted boat in the world, 1957 Cherokee. Cherry max structure rivets, a blessing and a curse. I’ve crashed into everything, been driving it since I was 7-8 years old and only knocked out one rivet about 10 years ago. Put JB weld in the top and bottom of the hole and it hasn’t leaked since. With a longtail ($800 for the motor and kit brand new) I can run about 6 inches of water but it’s a slow ride. My buddies with the same motor on a skinny flat bottom leave me behind but they tear holes in theirs.
  12. DC stands for deep cycle i like the ever starts. Used one Saturday fished 12 hours and it still had power. 55 lb 12v motor guide 18 ft center console with 50 horsepower
  13. Shad, stone-rollers, bluegill, alewives, but one of the most magical baits I’ve used is a 4-5” rainbow trout. Eat your heart out cali, it’s legal here
  14. Aw heck I can’t remember which one was biggest. Definitely got my biggest LM (21”) with a Freedom series RAD crankbait , smallmouth I can’t remember which was biggest. It’s rare that I catch LM so easier to remember the good ones
  15. Well, I guess there’s a first for everything. I’m not 100% sure but I think my buddy pulled a tagged fish into my boat with a fly rod. There wasn’t anything on the tag to read, looked like weedeater string. So we just let the fish go. we caught several smallies and redbreast sunfish, floated some shoals in the shallow boat
  16. Cool photos! I’ve had my boat/license checked on the TN river at least 25 times, granted I’m a shady looking character
  17. In Michigan we just drift along in a canoe and cast weedless soft plastics to everything and it catches some decent ones, LM too . It’s often so shallow and swift we can’t really stop without getting out
  18. I’d have to agree with Dwight and it ain’t just fishing. It finally dropped below 80 degrees and everyone is wearing beanies and burning firewood and pumpkins are flying off the shelves
  19. What I learned from scanning this thread: the bait monkey lives happily inside @NorthernBasser
  20. My buddy was just there in Edisto and caught nice flounder and redfish bank fishing, save your cash and you can make it happen in October . I paid a guide way too much out of Charleston in October and we caught a couple two pounders, gut punch
