  1. So I wouldn’t know if being dead was the worst case scenario……. Gotcha
  2. Is your iron skillet out of commission?? Worst part would be if you got struck by lightning or drown I guess
  3. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
  4. All anyone throws is wacky rig regardless of trail
  5. @AlabamaSpothunter, thanks for the pics and details! Kyle is BP’s camera man, he’s the guy with the big camera in your photo of Brandon at the tanks. He’s a pretty funny guy, sounds like it may have been who you heard BP tell the dead fish story too
  6. Most common would definitely be drum, also get lots of rock bass, redbreast sunfish, gar, catfish. Thankfully carp never bite artificial round here unless you’re fly fishing
  7. Gotta work at noon, fished 7:30 to 9 and got 7 LM and lost at least 4. All dinks , I think guarding fry but not sure. Could also see some swimming around
  8. I listened to some interesting information from outside magazine, I think it was something like “is sunscreen the new margarine.” heavy sunscreen users had more skin cancer than those that didn’t use it (they theorized it was because pale people have more cases and of course pale people use more sunscreen). That and there’s never been a case of melanoma in Ethiopia im not going to flatter myself and say I can prevent cancer, that stuff will kill ya if it wants to. Obviously some things can improve your odds like not smoking and not frying your skin, but cancer doesn’t care. I just don’t like the pain of being fried and I can’t wear long sleeves and pants and gloves and all that while fishing in summer. So I smear it on, especially the back of my red neck
  9. When I was a kid we just watched the show flipper on TV
  10. You’re supposed to take the photo after you weedeat around the well……… just kidding man looks great!
  11. There are at least 320 species of fish in TN, it’s impossible to avoid. I think it’s a sign of lots of food in the water
  12. @AlabamaSpothunter, I always said if fish learn how to use a fillet knife, they are coming for me and im screwed
  13. Have fun and take us some photos @AlabamaSpothunter!!!! I love going to the events
  14. I believe they think I’m a harmless manatee that eats too many snacks
  15. I’ve swam with smallies many times, they are quite friendly
  16. Wow. What a scumbag in the kayak. Nice spot and kitty tho
  17. I saw something that said he didn’t leave the boat online, it mentioned a 200 foot roller ramp whatever that is. I did see Poche leave his boat and drag it thru rapids in an MLF event earlier this season and also saw someone get out of their boat and walk along a dock to get a lure back so I guess that’s not a rule like we thought
  18. His win? He finished 29th before they DQ’d his day 1 weight
  19. Soft plastic on 1/8 oz jighead is my confidence bait
