  1. Yeah I know how that goes too. I try to stay out of duck hunters way but it’s hard to see them, you’d think they would know that after spending several hours creating something called a “blind”
  2. Haha. Not sure I’ve heard that term, afraid to type it into a search engine. I did attempt lifting with my buddies in college because it was free, total disaster haha. I dropped things and also fell over. I do lift ladders all day on and off a truck, and the 40 foot Werner sure is heavy
  3. As it turns out I had the wrong year in mind, my cousin isn’t getting married until 2023
  4. I don’t even throw big worms in the summer haha
  5. First time ever in a cabelas today. Sheesh they’ve got some stuff!!!! I bought a few things I can’t quite find at home, and then of course a couple rapalas. Can y’all tell I like orange belly lures? Ignore the wife’s lantern lights and ornament
  6. Crappie fishermen shoot docks like crazy all winter long. The bow and arrow cast is alive and well in boats with no trees around . Shooting and skipping are quite different. Sure the lure may skip sometimes when you shoot it but skipping involves a casting motion, shooting is just bending the rod and letting go

Disaster! I can give you plenty of deer and I don’t hunt either. I’ve got good friends, one is an unbelievable marksman
  8. A guy named jig man throws worms the most ?? Ha, just messin. I also throw shakey heads the most
  9. I watched all those guys on NFL films as a kid, couldn’t get enough of it. I wish that stuff still came on Tv
  10. We hope she comes thru it A OK mike!
  11. Hahah! We drove to Dundee today and went to cabelas. Oh my word, what a glorious store
  12. Congratulations!!!
  13. Remind me to be very nice if we end up fishing together
  14. At least she got a funny one!
  15. Drink lots of water boys!!!
  16. Absolutely ! They never really stop. My buddies slayed big smallies yesterday up to 21”. In 70 degree weather (while I’m stuck looking at flooded fields in Ohio )
  17. Shooting crappie jigs under docks. Similar to a bow and arrow cast
  18. Hmmm, all I can come up with is that braid seems fairly limp and floro is like a slinky
  19. Ha! I’m sure you’ve heard this before but we refer to that store as whole wallet
  20. Haha! Thanks! The part of the TN river I fish looks like a creek compared to the guntersville section of it. The main channel of the big G can be quite terrifying if the wind is over 7-8 mph
  21. I’m guessing I got a factory reject haha
  22. I was just messing around years ago in a fly fishing only pond. The fish wouldn’t hit flies so I put a finesse worm on it hahah. It made the craziest sound whizzing by me, I didn’t realize how heavy a finesse worm with no sinker was. Felt like it would snap the rod on a haul
  23. All waters in my region were far nastier 30 years ago than they are today. In fact, the lake I live near is called fort loudoun. 30 years ago it was referred to as fort nasty
