  1. It is “customary” to tip a guide. It’s just something that most people do, not expected but appreciated and more importantly remembered. Repeat customers make up a ton of a guide’s schedule. I’ve known more than a few outfitters who just say they are booked up if you didn’t tip last time they took you fishing. It’s not like a clerk at a store that sees hundreds of customers a day, a guide remembers their clients
  2. I love trolling for bass
  3. Anytime man. I’ll be in the same building as a bunch of your fellow kentuckians at 2pm tomorrow...........

  5. Grand Central station What on Earth are you thinking using common sense????!
  6. I've seen some studies that show almost zero delayed mortality and some that showed close to 95 percent. Summertime heat is the main killer of tournament caught livewelled bass, it ain't a secret. They have been conducting legit studies on this for decades . Scientists, not fishermen
  7. Well that sounds fun!
  8. There's floaters all around after big tournaments here . And not all fish that die float either
  9. You mean that doesn't happen where you live?
  10. I would use whatever the guide ties on for me!
  11. That's about all you ever need anywhere!
  12. In addition to the suggestions above, if he was close enough to throw a rock, maybe throw a cast with a floating topwater and mono across his path. It may or may not teach him a lesson about replacing seals and courteous boating. Just make sure it’s cheap line and a cheap lure.
  13. I hope everybody warms up sooner than expected, we are looking a ok for the next couple days with hopefully rapidly receding water
  14. This is always the plan but not always possible
  15. Nice job! Good luck on Ky lake! It will be rolling fast
  16. Indeed. Rivers and lakes are one and the same in TN. Right now the upper ends of the lakes are moving about 4 mph
  17. Gar is the best of them all, no kidding
  18. Because they are 90 percent ribcage is my reason
  19. Zebra mussels= giant smallmouth! I see why they have the rules but when you said not being able to let minnows go in the same water you caught them in is where I smelled California
  20. It's only 12 days away? Heck yeah !!!!
  21. That sounds dangerously close to a California type regulation
  22. We have a 500 year flood every six years in East Tennessee haha. I think they should look into their classification system
