My PB LMB 5.25 was caught in October.

I started when I was probably 7 or 8. Summertime a group of us would play 18-27 holes almost everyday until we got older and had to get high school jobs. I was a consistent bogey golfer. Once in a while I’d break into the high 80’s. After graduating I joined a league and remained the same. It’s probably been 10 years since I last played.

I’m the opposite. I don’t like change. I try something new, don’t get instant results, and quickly go back to my comfort presentations. I’m just hard wired that way. Last year we had a crankbait sponsor come on board which I haven’t fished a crankbait in years because I never had good luck with them. Naturally, I had to fish them and turns out, I had really good luck and the crankbait is now in regular rotation. I need to change my stubborn ways. 😁

Exactly. I’ve read where people have broke several rods and say such and such is junk. I’ve broke two rods in 30 years of fishing and one was my fault. Just like people that are freaked out over graphite reels. What exactly are you doing with your rods and reels that you’re either breaking them or are paranoid that they’ll break? I don’t get it.

Chemo messed with my tastebuds. Everything tasted sweet so I ate mostly bland food. They went back to normal after I was done.

I’ve almost exclusively been a straight braid guy (Seaguar Smackdown). The pike population has seemed to explode over the past couple years. Maggie is doing good. She’s still getting used to Hank and the cat. Monday was interesting. That was her first day without us and first time being in the kennel which did not go well at all. We put a camera next to her to monitor and she freaked! Fortunately my work is flexible and I was able to come home. Tuesday we left her out and kept the amount of time she’s without a human here to a minimum until she learns that we are not abandoning her. This was her this morning. I’m home but she’s looking for mom, so there must be some separation anxiety. She’ll get there.

I mostly use the Rage bug for T-rig and either the craw or bug for jigs. Like @J Francho I’ll bit a couple sections off for jigs.

Say hello to Maggie. Maggie is a 4 year old Boxer my wife got yesterday from a local animal shelter. She is the sweetest most gentle dog. After losing our last Pug a few months back my wife has struggled with not having a dog by her. We still have Hank but he’s not the affectionate type. Hank, the cat, and Maggie are all getting along great and even though she’s been with us for a little over 24hrs she’s so comfortable it seems like she’s been here forever.

You’re going to have to find a sauna to jump into to cool off its going to be so hot and muggy.

I’ve gotten the toll road texts as well for Michigan….we don’t have toll roads in Michigan. 😂

I’ve used AccuWeather for years. Most recently I started using the Deep Dive app as well. For fishing this app is great! Find your lake and you can see up to 7 days in advance. Is shows wind direction for your lake as well as water inflow, again, up to 7 days ahead. It’s basically a one stop shop for me when it comes to weather/fishing related apps go.

Many moons ago when I did construction I was unloading a load of lumber from Canada. I mentioned to the trucker that I’ve seen cow catchers before but your’s takes the cake. He said, “that there is a moose molester.” 😂

Is your primer bulb still firm afterwards.

I would avoid using a flouro leader if you plan on using top water.

Any day you wake up on the right side of the grass is a good day. As someone who’s gone through chemo and lost a ton of weight in the process, putting the weight back on isn’t an issue.
