I hope it snows this winter. I have lived here in Tennessee for 26 years and have had measurable snow 4 times. Last year's blizzard dumped over two inches on us.

I don't agree at all. I have been fishing Shimano for 25 years, including every Stella series reel, both 1000 and 2500. For me they feel like "kitty cat" in my hand.

My largest smallmouth have been caught in January.

In the South it takes about 4 years for bass to reach 5 lbs, but they only live to be about 8 years old. The World Record smallmouth was approximately 13 years old which made it unique.

I caught my PB smallmouth in 2005 or 17 years ago. Been working on a new one every day I fish and I am not giving up!
