  1. Look at what The Catt dragged in! :respect-059:
  2. I haven't ever heard of them either. Why don't you (original poster) write-up a review and post it here?
  3. I may stay in town this weekend and fish Collierville Saturday morning. If you, or anyone else, would like to get together for breakfast, let's meet at Perkins around 5:30. The lures I would recommend are Rage Tail Shad and your favorite small swimbait: Keitech Swing Impact Fat, Shadalicious, Hollow Belly or GYCB SwimSenko. -Kent
  4. X2 Even my "light" rigs are a haul!
  5. Only "as needed". I generally "tie on" rather than replace. I always like my reels full with +/- 80 yards of fresh line so I never feel the connecting knot.
  6. Not me...My shoulder is sore...Tomorrow would be another 100 lb day!
  7. For small baits (Shadalicious, Hollow Belly, Keitech & SwimSenko) #12 Yo-Zuri Hybrid. For larger baits (Mattlures Baby Bass), #50 Braid.
  8. Nice fish, great pics!
  9. Started out with The Rig which produced two largemouth (3-4 lbs) and a small striper (13-14 lbs). My two partners were fishing similar Rigs, three white bass and one largemouth just over 5 lbs. We moved down river and I switched to a jerbait (Ito Vision 110), my partners opted for Red Eye Shad. My second cast produced a 7 lb green fish, my partner's big fish was 5 and change. Around 2:00 the TVA reduced water release and the bite stopped completely. We fished for two more hours without a strike.
  10. Cabela's Guidewear + Under Armour
  11. INCREDIBLE! Congratulations! :respect-059: :respect-059:
  12. You don't necessarily need a special rod. I am experimenting with light baits which are easily cast on a jig rod. My outside baits are LFT Live Magic Shad, weightless. The middle arm is rigged with a Johnson Silver Minnow.

  14. Nope. I'm use JJ's for jig trailers and MegaStrike for everything else.
  15. You need to give the LC Pointers a try. Others I like: Megabass Ito Vision 110, Ima Flit and McStick

  17. No appologies needed for any question that's "alredy been asked". If we had a requirement for all new stuff, we would be closed down in a day or two.
  18. Great value: http://www.pinnaclef...Class-Rods.aspx
  19. I don't really consider this a swimbait, but it is my #1 producer in the spring! Small swimbaits: Keitech Swing Impact Fat Shadalicious Hollow Belly GYCB Swimming Senko RI Skinny Dipper
  20. They cannot be avoided unless you swim the jig. My jigs hooks never "live" long enough to need sharpening! Those rocks are bass magnets, you just have to be willing to lose a lot of jigs. It is worth it to me, but the decision you are faced with, is it worth it to you?
  21. You weigh the fish and we take your word for it. You have the responsibility to calibrate your scales for accuracy.
