  4. Hello and welcome to the forum. Good luck in you quest to make lures.
  5. I also keep my soft plastics in their original packaging. One of my binder bags is around 15 years old and still holding up okay.
  6. I use the BPS bags like NorthernBasser. I have not had a problem with any of my soft plastics. They are packed pretty full but the baits are okay.

  8. You're supposed to clean your outboard motor?
  9. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  10. I absolutely would not trust that battery. There are too many things that can cause problems.
  11. I would like to know why the boat only has one battery. Does the boat not have a trolling motor on it? You won't have a problem with the electronics running down the battery especially if you start the motor to make a run every once in a while. The motor should have a charging system on it to charge the battery when running.
  12. If you have to take it somewhere I would go to a trailer shop that sells trailers installs hitches and does wiring. They will know more about how to get them working since they deal with this on a daily basis.
  13. You might check with BPS or Cabelas. They have some rods in their store brands in 6'6" MH ratings.

  16. Never would I do that. The last place I fished the water was so dirty the line on my reels was dirty and discolored when I quit. No telling what is in the water you can't see.
  17. I like War Eagle spinnerbaits. The Screaming Eagle is very good. I don't use a trailer. Colors are mouse, blue herring shad, and spot remover.
  18. Hello and welcome to the forum. I don't want any part of your snakes.
  19. I like the Zoom ultra vibe speed craw and the twin tail grub.
  20. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  21. I never worry about the rings settling before I move it. I have done pretty good with a stop and go retrieve when fishing a jitterbug. Move it a little bit and let it stop and sit for a few seconds.
  22. It would also be a good idea to find out how much experience your friends have with guns. How safety minded are they when they are out with guns? Do they know proper gun handling and safety procedures?
  23. I may have to try that. If I use it as a trailer and catch one it will be the first time I ever caught one on a horny toad.
  24. I f you decide to do this you better check and see what is legally in season for hunting. Getting caught taking game out of season will get you in more trouble than you ever want to be in. Besides the fines and possible jail time you can have your guns and equipment confiscated and lose all hunting privileges for a few years.
  25. I use a 6' BPS crankin stick With a lews BB1 baitcaster. 5 to 1 gear ratio with 12lb mono on it. Same set up I use for crankbaits. Most of my jerkbaits are around 3/8 ounce.
