  1. That's what you're getting.
  2. Little overkill - long as you're putting Non-Oxy gas in, you can leave it alone longer than a month. Ya, it's pricier than Regular Gas - but it's much better for the motor than the Ethanol 'enhanced' gas.
  3. Just need a thicker heel is all
  4. ^ What he said - pike and plastics don't play well together.
  5. I'd feel lucky if it didn't get dark till 5:30 - today our Civil Twilight ends at 5:19...by mid December it'll be around 5:05.
  6. Dive into the manual for the TM...they should at least have Max Draw in AMPs somewhere.
  7. Need to know the AMPs the TM uses. Example: A Minn Kota 30 uses 5 amps at setting 1 and 30 amps at setting 5 So a 50ah battery will run that Minn Kota 30 for 10 hours at setting 1 and 1.66 hours at setting 5....so an entire day of fishing will be somewhere between that as you'll use different settings for different conditions.
  8. Fish USA has them...
  9. Gillette Mach3 is what I've been using pretty much since they came out.
  10. That's a decent boat, so what I'd upgrade would be the 'accessories'... Sonar Trolling Motor Shallow Water Anchor (Talon/Raptor)
  11. I started drifting away from them the first time I got hit with their back-order policy...nothing ships until everything backordered is in stock...even when one item is in stock for 4 months, but is waiting for the second item. Then the data breach - my card co was on top of that. Now the whole revamp of the site and the crappy sale this year....ya, they've lost a customer.
  12. Colder temps I'm in sneakers - otherwise I'm in these Water drains fast, they're comfy and protect my feet from sunburn - if I wasn't covered I'd make a cooked lobster look pale.
  13. 1980-1984 Computer Operator supporting the SAC War Room and Looking Glass at Offutt AFB
  14. The one I got up front is a 16"
  15. I'm getting there myself...right now it's about 50/50 I may be changing mine out as my hip wasn't liking it this past year.
  16. I'd echo the previous model Mojo recommendation - grab what you can now...some places have them for $100...which is less than a Bass-X.

I've run nothing but Coopers on my trucks for 25 years now....I'll keep buying Coopers until I no longer drive.
  18. Except that both the facility in Mexico and the one in Park Falls are designed to make rods. Setting a reel manufacturing facility would be time/money spent - reducing profits. While there are manufacturers in Asia already making reels and capable of creating new tooling to a brand's specifics in a short time. You'd be shocked at how many US Brand reels are actually made in China/South Korea/Malaysia.
  19. Keeping you and Lynn in my thoughts, Andy....
  20. Here it's C&R only...no keeping Sturgeon.
  21. I'm also a spinning guy for Neds and like lighter rods. 1/8oz+is on a Mojo Bass 6'10" MLXF (upgraded from a Fury 702SF) If I'm going ultra-finesse and tossing 1/32-1/16oz Neds - that's on a Procyon L/F
  22. Russ...
  23. What I did for my old canoe was get an Ironton PWC trailer from Northern Tool for about $600 - then replaced the 5' fore-end with a 10' piece I got from the local metal shop. One roller mounted near the front and I was all set.
  24. ^ That's exactly what my trip this year was like. Brit put me on fish, gave me hints about presentations that worked, and even when I wasn't catching, we had some good chatting and joking back and forth ...all in all, a terrific day.
  25. Wife got me a guided trip this past year. Brit was engaging, knowledgeable, and fun to be on the water with. If I get the money together, I might do it again.
