What Line Do You Use With Senko's?
weightless t-rig, wacky, neko on spinning gear - 15lb braid to a long 8 pound fluoro leader t-rig with a 1/16-3/8oz. pegged weight on casting gear - 12-17lb. fluoro or copoly depending on cover

Fit and finish - which rod companies rise above?
i like simplicity and my daiwa tatula elites are some of the cleanest and slickest rods i've owned. the few i have with the carbon fiber AGS guides are even a step above. another honorable mention are phenix rods. drooooool they would be top notch if the reel seat wasn't so generic

- Any experience with Keitech shad impact ?
awesome bait for a dropshot or damiki rig. i’ve had success doing both- Any reel repair/mod places that specialize in daiwa?
what's your turnaround for a reel service?- Fantasy Fishing 2022 - Official Thread
- Tatula SV gear ratio
you might be SLIGHTLY over thinking but hey, that's not a bad thing. i'd stick with the 7:1 if i was on the fence between the two.- Small crankbait rod recommendation
i have the TAEL701MLRB and it's one of my favorite rods. definitely not stiff or fast. perfect for lighter topwaters, squarebills, small-medium sized crankbaits. i've thrown jerkbaits on it too but i prefer my 6'6 medium fast action tatula for that. i don't have any experience with the glass rod and typically do no care for glass- Tatula elite 7’6”ml
hair jig, neko rig, keitechs would be great- Small crankbait rod recommendation
daiwa tatula/tatula elite 7' ML randy howell won the 2014 classic throwing a dt-6 on this rod TTU701MLRB or TAEL701MLRB edit: don't be intimidated by the "medium light" rating, it has plenty of power- River2Sea S Waver
- When is a good spinnerbait scenario?
i finally just started throwing them consistently to gain confidence last season. i stuck with it and was actually pretty successful in the right situations. whenever the wind picked up i immediately grabbed my spinnerbait. making a decision and having it work made my confidence jump leaps and bounds. 1/2 oz. nichols pulsator metal flake is my go-to- What would you do...sell my variety of nice reels and replace them with all the same brand/model or stick with the variety?
i was a variety guy for a while until i found what i really liked. since then i’ve converted all my reels to daiwas, same with my rods. i’m super OCD with my gear, so having all the same brand really gives me an organized and comfortable feel when i pick a certain rod and reel combo up. to each their own though!- New monos/copolys/fluorocarbons
i'll use copoly for a lot of my moving baits. chatterbaits, spinnerbaits, crankbaits, swimbaits, swimijgs, etc.- New monos/copolys/fluorocarbons
McCoy xtra-clear co-polymer is the best copoly i've used and does not get talked about AT ALL. i like it better than p-line, sufix, yo-zuri. as for as fluoro goes, i stick with seaguar invisx 99% of the time- MLF Bass Pro Tour Toro Stage Two on Lake Fork, TX ~
we’ve got a nasty icy wintry system coming in tomorrow so hopefully the bosses tell me to stay put for the day ?- Tungsten Jigs
beast coast fishing tungsten jigs are phenomenal. wide variety from football, open water, and flipping- MLF Bass Pro Tour Toro Stage Two on Lake Fork, TX ~

who knew bass fishing was taking part in the winter olympics this year??- 6" huddleston deluxe vs. 6" deluxe 68
most likely the 5 ROF- When do you use braid and when do you use straight fluorocarbon?
the only applications i use braid: casting reels while frogging, flipping and pitching dirty water or heavy matted cover/lily pads. spinning reels braid with a fluoro leader on all setups. other than that i use fluorocarbon and copolymer for all other techniques and applications.- Am I limiting myself by using a M for dropshotting?
a medium action rod from any manufacturer will be just fine for a dropshot and MOST other finesse techniques - Any experience with Keitech shad impact ?
