  1. You might want to have a look at the Ozark Anglers fishing forum site. There are some Bull Shoals guys on it. What part of the lake will you be fishing? A guy who calls himself fish24/7 evidently lives on or near the lake.
  2. Cool beans. All we get is the ruby throat.
  3. I’m guessing that your pontoon would have more friction drag than my fiberglass boat but I really don’t have any way to know for sure. With that being said I have the same trolling motor on it. I have 3 new 31 series batteries on it. Sometimes I put it on high to cross a cove or move down a bank. My gps rarely shows 3 mph. It is normally 2.8 or 2.9. You might want to keep the outboard.
  4. On that size reel I either use 8/1 Power Pro or 6# fluorocarbon depending on the situation.
  5. Right now one is out doing the rest...NED. Yesterday my neighbor and I had 45 bass in 3 hours with 9 nice keepers. All were caught on Ned. We also used swimbaits and spinnerbaits...0.
  6. Once in a while I throw my Fincharoo.

All it take is on Cease and Desist order then things look different. I’ve been down that rocky road.

It really doesn’t matter if he is selling or not. Zman has the patent and get very picky about people making baits like theirs.

You can but it may be a patent infringement.
  10. I have no clue. I’m not a tech. I thought there was only up and down. I was in sales and just watched them when I wasn’t busy.
  11. I have always been told that when you have a bad relay, replace both at the same time.
  12. Ned saved the day for me. They hardly hit swimbaits today and would not touch the shaky. A keeper smallmouth took Ned on the first cast. I wound up catching 17 with 4 nice keepers. Molting craw and Alabama craw were the best colors.
  13. I’m not sure about seeing both at the same time. It may be a possibility. I haven’t tried it. If you have more than one Solix, you can network the via ethernet and see anything that is connected . To control a trolling motor from a depth finder you will have to have an Ipilot link trolling motor.
  14. So you are actually talking about shrink tubing instead of shrink wrapping, correct?
  15. Picture please.
  16. I keep mine in an excel file with reel, line, cleaning schedule, etc.
  17. AGMs are typically lighter and last longer than flooded cells. They are maintenance free and can be mounted in creative ways. I switched to them as soon as they came on the market. I don’t know how long they will last because I replace them by the end of the sixth year.

Twice I walked into a bank wearing a hat, trench coat, and sunglasses and was mistaken for a bank robber. It wasn’t funny at the time.

  20. Carp for sure unless a cat might be involved.
  21. I used to but it only takes a brain fart to pull it out don’t reset make a cast, have a good fish hit a spinner bait, set the hook and have no control while she jumps and spits. So now I don’t and have no plans to.
  22. I suggest that you check your state’s regs. Some are real picky about what you can use for wading.

  24. I thought he was taking over Jeopardy.
