  1. Picture please.
  2. I keep mine in an excel file with reel, line, cleaning schedule, etc.
  3. AGMs are typically lighter and last longer than flooded cells. They are maintenance free and can be mounted in creative ways. I switched to them as soon as they came on the market. I don’t know how long they will last because I replace them by the end of the sixth year.

Twice I walked into a bank wearing a hat, trench coat, and sunglasses and was mistaken for a bank robber. It wasn’t funny at the time.

  6. Carp for sure unless a cat might be involved.
  7. I used to but it only takes a brain fart to pull it out don’t reset make a cast, have a good fish hit a spinner bait, set the hook and have no control while she jumps and spits. So now I don’t and have no plans to.
  8. I suggest that you check your state’s regs. Some are real picky about what you can use for wading.

  10. I thought he was taking over Jeopardy.
  11. My insurance is for collision with anything along with theft and vandalism. For the powerhead you would have to get an extended warranty but they wouldn’t cover a motor that old and they usually are pricey.
  12. You are probably right. I fish Stockton from mid lake to the dam. The water is normally pretty clear there and I normally fish from 8 to 25 feet deep.
  13. One of the guys who fishes with me sometimes uses braid with Neds. I use straight fluorocarbon and beat him like an unwanted step child when he does.
  14. For me wind is my friend, except from the east. I like for the wind to be from the same direction for 3 days. In that time the food chain gets well established. The wind moves the algae. The zooplankton follow the algae. The zooplankton eaters (bait fish) arrive. The bait fish eaters move into the area. Yesterday I hit a creek where 20 mph + winds had been slamming for several days. In 3 hours I caught 22 and missed several others. The bass were in 3 to 6 fow.
  15. I second that emotion.
  16. They are good but fragile.
  17. I have only seen core shot stick bait molds. I’m not sure how a core shot rod for that type of bait could be made.
  18. Way to go Clayton. Congrats on a really good one.
  19. Bow to Stern applied correctly negates the need for wax.
  20. Wow I’ve never gotten more than 4 years out of a set. You must have a lot straighter, smoother and flatter roads than we have.
  21. Yes I have. I do it about this time of year at night. Mostly I use homemade buck tail jigs and sometimes slider grubs on 6# mono. We catch all 3 species of black bass, white bass and walleye. Some nights are unbelievably good.
