  1. It is not fun. I’ve been in three of them.
  2. Good for you. Was it your buddy’s or yours.
  3. I don’t use carpet cleaners in my boat. I have a dedicated shop vac that is for wet vacuuming only. I keep the boat vacuumed for dirt, etc and at least monthly I wet down my boat carpet one section at a time, brush the carpet then use the wet vac., then I turn on the shop fan and go away. Do not use a pressure washer on your carpet. You could rip a seam loose.
  4. I only am interested in what is going on in my region of the country. I pay no attention to someone who is hawking a product. Much of it doesn’t work around here. Our lakes are highland with lots of bluffs and rocks with some standing timber and no vegetation.
  5. This has the makings of a good year for us. We fenced off about 20 acres for wildlife and put in a food plot. The turkey population has exploded. Groups as large as 50 birds are being seen. Season is still a ways off. Good luck to you and your friend.
  6. Ned has been best for several weeks.
  7. Big black beaver on a big black jig.
  8. Time on the water will show you which are productive at what time of the year. There are lots of bluffs on the lakes that I fish. Some are good in the winter and others in the summer. There are also some that have never given me a fish.
  9. T rigging the line is inside the plastic. I’ve never had a problem with it.
  10. You might call White River Marine.
  11. 1/2 tank to me is 1/2 empty so next time out a gas stop is on the list.
  12. To me A is EWG Ned. B is a weedless Ned. C is a shaky head. D no clue.
  13. I use 6# Yozuri hybrid with my Ned setup and 12# fluorocarbon with the others.
  14. I ordered some stuff from Midway USA. It is less than 200 miles away. It took 5 days to get here.
  15. I don’t take stuff off even if the baits contain salt. It takes months for salt to damage a good hook.
  16. I quit using it because last summer it would dry up in a couple of trips. I started making bait keepers on my jigs. They hold the bait in place and allow me to change if I want to.
  17. We only have one. It is a once a year deal at a marine dealership down towards Table Rock Lake. He charges $50 per table and it is a 2 day event.
  18. I keep mine in the bait closet in the garage.
  19. My impression is you have 2 bad batteries. Your manual will tell you how many CCAs needed for the motor. My guess is in the 6-700 range.
  20. If it were me I’d get some jigs without keepers and some 20 gauge wire and make my own any length that I wanted. All you would have to do is make the keeper, wrap thread around it on the hook shank then put some super glue on it. Once it is dry you good to go. I do a similar technique to keep worms on a shaky head.
  21. https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/plano-elite-spin-buzzbait-organizer-3707-05
  22. Ok thanks. I will go separate them.
  23. Are these purchased by you or have poured them? If purchased then do some research for longer ones. I have a swimbait mold that takes a double keeper. The second one is too long and I cut it off.
  24. Do the colors run? Should they be separated by color or not?
  25. I have no idea. I don’t even look at the ratings. I just tie it on and throw it. If the rod doesn’t handle it well, I use a different rod.
