Shouldn’t be a problem. $3600 is a good chunk of $. If you would be happy with the other boat tell the dealer you changed your mind. And as AJ stated there’s a lot to say for dealer install items.

Txfish. Keep in mind when messing with your boats batteries and wiring it’s not the area you want to take short cuts. If the cost to do it right is more than your willing to spend, then you’ll be better off leaving it as it is. Last thing you want out on the water is a boat fire. Gasoline tends to go boom.

I personally stow mine to the inside. Probably because Like GTN said when I tow with cover on it needs to be facing in so as not to tear the cover.

They used to have a power head issue’s but they got that fixed. Not sure about a 2012. Best advice I can give is have it checked by a qualified mechanic. They run great and have a awesome hole shot.

Relax and enjoy your new adventure. You’ve been giving some good advice from the above posts . since it’s your first time as stated already watch your partner to see if he’s getting hits or not.
