Most likely a wiring issue. If it was a solenoid you would most likely hear the starter click but not turn the engine over. Try a different battery or replace the cable connectors to see if that helps.

Went to Gander MTN's first cast sale today. They had the first 250 customers received a scratch off ticket for up to 50% off. I got 15% and my buddy got 10%. They had a lot of good stuff on sale and they had a lot of lures and tackle that were already on clearance and then they were an additional 50% off. Got a Rapala Fat DT3 for under $3 and a norman little deep n for under $3. Ugly otter's for buck. Lots of good stuff you guys should check it out.

Be careful if the wind is blowing on the Marsh, it can get really rough out there. Especially if the waves are breaking into the running canal. My buddy and I got caught with some pretty big waves breaking into the side of boat. That wasn't a fun day. Probably the scariest day I have had on a boat.

I use to play a lot but now a days I just don't get the Bass out very much anymore. My main rig is a Shecter Stilleto Diamond Series 5-String with active pickups, a 4x10 Avatar Cabinet with a Randal Head. I also have a Grand 4 string Acoustic/Electric Bass an Entry Level Ibanez Electric 4 sting and a Washburn 4 string, can't remember the model of that one. Here's a stock pic of my Shecter.

Had basically the same thing happen to my Minn Kota hand controlled, except I new the speed control switch was bad because it started to melt. Was really easy to replace, only took me about 15 minutes.

Have forgotten the drain plug numerous times, that is always fun. The last time I had forgotten the drain plug because it was raining the night before we were fishing and I left the plug out so the boat wouldn't hold water over night. We get to the ramp and drop the boat in the water and I go park the truck. As the boat is filling with water the plug apparently floated to some other place in the boat and we couldn't find the plug. We had to drag the boat transom first up on shore so the back end of the boat was mostly out of the water. Never did find the plug, but luckily I had some extras I hadn't thought of in the livewll. Haven't had to many other mishaps besides the very infrequent rods gone swimming and one time forgetting my tackle bag in my fishing partners driveway and had to go back and get it. Luckily it was only about 6 miles back to his house. I haven't forgotten my boat key yet, but I have only had a boat with a key for about a year. I usually keep the key in my truck so I can't leave the ramp without it and it is close by. One of the stupidest things I have done recently was before I got my own boat I was using my Dad's boat who hasn't used the boat for about 5 years bc he got into deep sea fishing. I was working and I was going to have my partner take the boat to the mechanic for an impeller change. Well I had the key for the trailer on my keychain and my didn't have a key. My fishing partner had to drive 30 miles to my work to get my key so we could fish a TX the next day.

I'm looking forward to the buy 2 get one free line, and the 5 for $10 370 or 360 boxes they have that is a deal of the day.

One morning my fishing partner and I were fishing in a cove about 500 yards from the ramp. We see this old dilapidated house boat anchored about 100 yards off the shore. While we are fishing we notice that a couple is living on this house boat and they decide they want to get to shore. So they hop in their inflatable 8 ft boat. I notice that they don't have a paddle. The guy is leaning over the front of the inflatable with a cigarette hanging out of his and his old lady has a red solo cup, presumably with some type of alcoholic beverage, but it was about 9:30 in the morning. So the guy starts paddling with his arms to get to shore. It was one of the funniest things I can recall that I saw recently. Oh yeah the house boat also had a rebel flag hanging off the back.

I routinely throw unweighted soft plastics on an older BPS Extreme Reel and 7' MH All Star GT40X Rod. Unless you just want to spend some money on a reel designed to throw light weight lures any decent bait caster should be able to perform the task. If you are trying to throw really small stuff like inline spinnerbaits or beetle spins you should really look into an UL.

I have one. It is a great battery for the money. I am on my second one. My current one is two years old and just had it tested the other day and is still operating at full strength.

Drinking on the boat all depends on what kind of fishing I am doing. If I am fishing for Bream with crickets or shiner fishing for bass then yes, but artificial fishing for bass no. I also will usually have some beers if I go fishing at night. It just seems to go good together.

Wal-mart everstart for me. I have had my battery for at least 2 years and just had it tested the other day and they told me it had no dead cells and was preforming like a brand new battery.

Did you upgrade to XP or a fresh install of Windows 7. Microsoft recommends that you do a clean install of Windows 7. I have been running a windows 7 machine for almost a year now. I had the Beta before the final release and about a month ago got the real Release and haven't had any problems with older business application with the exception of program and a problem with multiple HP drivers that I finally got figured out. If you can I would backup all my files from XP and reinstall a clean full Version of Windows 7 not an upgrade. You also may want to download the drivers for your Wireless internet adapter and network adapter, can be a pain if they don't load automatically and you have to find another computer to download the drivers on. I am syncing my iPhone on my Windows 7 machine. Try a Full Install of Windows 7.

You can use the XP compatible mode for older software on Windows 7.
