I usually just go to a store and buy shoes. this time, I hit up a running store. the guy didnt even show me shoes! he used a scanner and measured my feet, and had me walk on a pressure reading pad..then he fit me with inserts....then he brought me shoes that matched my gait. I was skeptical. I really dont care what my shoes look like. I run in the dark anyways. man, the shoes I walked out with fit me like a glove!! I picked up running socks as well since I got 50% off. total system! I cant wait to jog tomorrow morning. I run weird, so he said wider soles would be a good fit for me. lets go!!!

I could get into a spat with a good friend. the thought, "is friendship a waste of time?"..never shows up in my mind. no..I know and value a friendship. cherish it. fishing is like a my friendship with nature, quietness, tranquility, exercise, vitamin-D, etc. all of it.
