Every time anyone brings this up I think about the movie Terminator.

I’ve been using the fishnfool knot, a uni with an extra loop through the eyelet, for a while now. Ty’s test on braid to hook showed it’s a great terminal knot. I wish he would have tested it with fluorocarbon.

Good point cyclops. When a person is buying fuel there’s no way of knowing whether it’s good or not. I only have one fuel tank, so it’s important to fill it with non - methanol fuel so I have a better chance of getting what I paid for. For back up I use my trolling motor and paddle when my batteries are depleted.

When I add weight to the butt of my rods to balance them a quarter of an ounce can make a big difference in how it feels.

In Texas anyone born after September 1 , 1993 must have a boater’s education course to operate a vessel with that kind of horsepower. Don’t know about Kentucky, but it seems like a good idea.
