I wear Hey Dudes most of the time when I’m fishing. A person could shuck them pretty quick if they gotta swim. When I got home from fishing a couple of nights ago I found a big ole treble hook stuck in the heel of my starboard shoe. Close one.

As much as I complain about being broke, my phone doesn’t even bother showing me ads.

I read through all the replies and can’t find mine. The answer would have been dead wrong, but still. I would have said spinnerbait , and the correct answer was a purple worm.

I like fishing in the rain. Lightning is a no go .

For a cheap baitcaster I’m going with a Lews speed spool and Bluebasser beat me to the Revros for my spinning reel.

Ethanol fuel destroyed my boat and my motorcycle before I knew what was going on. Please don’t put that crap in your boat.

I usually have better luck casting a blade and hopping off the bottom back to the boat. Spoons are my favorite for vertical fishing.

I enjoy the monofilament experience too. There are a few instances where braid is perty handy, but for the most part it’s either Big Game , Suffix Siege, or Vicious monofilament.

I sing the theme song for Gilligan’s Island every time I launch my boat.

My Wife and my Dad are both left handed. They both reel with their right hand.

My wife takes all my money, so I don’t have to worry about it.

I used to use a plastic extendable paddle until it snapped off in my hand and I had to paddle back a half a mile with a handle just long enough to get both hands on. So now I use wooden paddles that are a little more expensive .

Most of my fishing has been in Texas , for bass anyway.

I don’t drink sweet tea anymore , now that I gave up sugar . Artificial sweeteners just ain’t the same.
