It’s kind of give and take. I’ve got a boat, they’ve got an excavator. I have noticed that you haven’t been posting as much and was wondering why.

I bring my expensive combos in the house and leave the cheap ones in the Suburban all winter and early spring. Been doing it for years with no problems.

I daydream about fishing with my grandkids. I’m in the process of buying a pontoon boat so they have more room and a railing around them. I’ve got rod reel combos for little folks and lots of other things to make it fun.None of my sons are interested in having kids right now but when they make me some, I’ll be ready.

I usually just start turtle fishing. Thin them out a little , that’s what I’m saying.

Lews line conditioner is like Franks Red Hot to me. I put that stuff on everything. It makes a noticeable difference , especially with mono and fluorocarbon , but also helps with the dreaded first cast with dry braid.

I wear my life jacket to the swimming pool . I think the government should make everyone wear their life jacket to the swimming pool.

That’s an amazing amount of damage. Looking at your pictures gave me the heebygeebies.

I have two deep freezers that are full of fish, venison , beef, yada yada. I got a generator that will run them, a light bulb and the kid’s Nintendo. Barrels of water are on standby and a wood stove for heating the house. I agree with TnRiver46 about the camp stove. They’re handy to have around. For the tornadoes I dug a 6x10x8 hole in the ground ( by hand ) , counter sunk crossties, nailed tin over them and poured 8” of cement on top. Redneck engineering.

I’m half mountain folk and half flatlander. It’s complicated. Last I measured I was 6’13/4”.

A screeching wheel bearing is all I can come up with right now. It’s beautiful when it’s on someone else’s trailer.
