Not only that, plain full ignorance and disinformation. The fact that many people on this country (and the world of course) still believe that resources are unlimited and that there is no reason for them to take care of the environment is beyond belief. I don't understand why having rules to protect not only the planet but the areas where you live are seen as a threat by people. Regulation is not a way to remove your freedom, but a way to maintain it. (and that applies to everything) Education is the solution, but not only from schools but at home.

I use one on my frog combo, I'm no expert so I don't know if the drag technically helps me at all, but for me its great to get them out of the weed. The lake I fish the most is very weedy and I feel that I can winch them out easier. Also, I really like the knobs. On the other side is pretty heavy compared to the shimanos that I normally use. I would not use it for anything else as for a few extra dollars you can get a better shimano or daiwa, but for frogging it has worked great for me.

Sometimes I feel that I was lucky when I bought mine last spring, the market was horrible and the only decent kayak I could buy immediately was the 106 PDL I got. It made the decision process easier as it was that or nothing. I end up liking it a lot, its easy to transport, didn't pay shipping or anything and got a $200 store credit from my REI membership. I think the same every time is see these post (they come really often and answers haven't change much over the months) that for once, making stupid last minute decisions worked out. If only the Auto Pilot wasn't so big.

Hello northern anglers. just wondering at what temperatures (water/air) does the topwater bite starts for you?? up here in my area water still pretty cold so I'm struggling to catch them on any form... Also in general?? what is the earliest technic or lures you use (for top water)??

Neither am I, but they sure show the few extra pounds I got going. Fortunately (but really unfortunately) there are not a lot of ladys around when fishing to be ashamed.
