Bass Fishin in Tucson (not much water out here)
Welcome

What are you tossing in a pond "too small to hold fish?"
I would go texas rigged craw or throw a smaller frog in that grass you are mentioning.

I'm going to work some exercise into my fishing.
Hiking to a fishing spot is great excercise. I have found wade fishing is even better excercise.

Helped another angler remove a hook this morning
I got hooked in the chin two years ago. Luckily Cotton Cordell's hooks aren't the best Lol Cool story

Traveling and fishing
Rooster tails in different sizes, or an original floating rapala
-
Texas rig 10 inch worm
This is a good suggestion and exactly what I do.

As fisherman, you ever feel like a blind squirrel that finds a nut?
I do stuff like this all the time. That's what makes fishing the best sport in the world.

Fishing in the rain?
What he said The rain also helps to keep the yuppies off the water so there is more water for me to fish I've caught many good fish in the rain I would watch out for lightning though
-
Stren original
I'm one of the said people who swears by it. Never had the line break. I also know people who've had it snap multiple times.

Footwear for a kayak
What I mean when I say "crocs" I wouldn't recommend regular crocs because of walking on boat ramps and slick rocks like others have mentioned

you fishing this holiday weekend?
Took the words right out of my mouth

What line would be good for these lures?
I personally would go with some kind of mono because you included topwater and lighter lures in the list. But it's more about personal preference in my opinion.

Fluke hook-up ratio problems - when to set the hook?
I made a thread about this a while back. I was having lots of issues with hooking up on flukes. It turns out I was using the wrong size hook and I was using a worm hook instead of an EWG. Since I switched to the EWG my hookup percentage is almost 100 percent. As far as when to set the hook, I'm no expert on that. I would say set the hook just like a normal T-rig, and go with your gut. It might just be small fish grabbing the end of your fluke.

Inflatable Life Jacket
I second this notion

Any interest in trapping?
I'll have to give this a try

Road To The Super Bowl 2023
No offense but I'm sick of hearing about the cowboys (it's nothing against you Lol). I like Mike McCarthy and Dak Prescott, but I'm just sick of hearing about Dallas. Part of the problem is Jerry Jones wants all this attention. The Cowboys are a good team but not a great team and don't deserve the attention they get.

Bluegill/Shad Spawn
What he said I would also like to add that bluegill will spawn all summer into late August. I'm pretty sure it happens around the full moon. Or at least down here they spawn till late August Females can lay between 10,000- 60,000 eggs a year is what I read somewhere

This is the 10th boating-related fatality on Tennessee waters this year. Just wear it!
It is still beyond me why people still don't wear their life jacket on the water. I understand not wearing it while working the trolling motor and fishing, but everyone needs to wear it when they are running from spot to spot. I'm so paranoid on the water, I wear my life jacket when I'm fishing just to be extra safe. I'll be praying for all the families involved.

Buzzbait Trailers
I use a paddletail swimbait with the size depending on what buzzbait I'm using. I throw spinnerbaits exclusively without trailers and it works great for me. I might have to try that with a buzzbait?
