  1. Got it! Thanks, guys! This is what I was seeing before:
  2. I know why they're there, but they are making it impossible to read the posts. It's only happening on my work computer. How do I adjust the screen/font settings?
  3. How do I get rid of the ads on the right of the screen? They're covering up part of the posts, and there is no X to close them.
  4. It's going to take some getting used to, but at least it's up again. I was so bored at my job for the past few days that I almost broke down and worked.

Does anyone make tubes? It seems like they would be tough to pour, and I never see any on here. Just curious.
  7. The same thing happened to me yesterday.
  8. The girl I'm dating recently asked me what my favorite color is. I told her it was a toss up between green pumpkin and watermelon. Curtis, I met Greg Hall a couple of months ago. He's a great guy. I haven't done much flyfishing since I left Alaska, but I still like to talk about it. As an active duty servicemember, I appreciate what you do for the wounded warriors. If you ever need volunteers to help out, let me know.
  9. I'm on the lookout for a replacement for the Ikey Head shakey heads.
  10. Speedometers on boats go out all the time. I gave up on mine. The GPS tells me how fast I'm going.
  11. Thanks, Raul! I was just about to ask what those things are used for.
  12. Are you fishing that KBFN tournament at Barren on the 2nd?

Are most of you using flourocarbon leaders? I've always used mono leaders on Carolina rigs. Since flourocarbon sinks, wouldn't that keep your bait dragging on bottom?
  14. Unless you're fishing heavy cover, I'd try Texposed over Texas rigged. If you're certain that it's your hooks, have you tried sharpening them? What brand of hooks are you using?
  15. I agree. I used cheap Eagle Claw hooks for years and still had decent hookup ratio. Are you rigging Texas style or Tex-posed?
  16. Get ahold of Morelures. He makes a great looking big lizard called "Louie the Lizard". I'm not sure how wide they are, but they're 8" long, and they look pretty bulky. I haven't used the lizards, but he made me some awesome craw worms, and I would definately recommend his products.
  17. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I've been off line for a couple of days. Gander Mountain doesn't have any Falcon rods, but I found Bucoos and Lowriders on clearance at Sportmart in Charleston. Are you still looking?
  18. Any opinions on Gambler boats?
  19. When did everyone start calling him "AP"? His nickname in college was "AD". It stands for All Day.
  20. Thanks. As a co-angler, I'll be going wherever my pro wants to go, and I'll adjust accordingly. I was just curious about the lake because I've never been there. Sounds like I need to be prepared for just about anything.
  21. Fat Free Shad in Pearl Shad
  22. The tournament is 2-4 June. What kind of fishing should I expect that time of year?
  23. I know what you're saying, and I completely agree. I'm not siding with the players or the owners. I'm just saying that people are overreacting to Peterson's poor choice of words. For some reason, there is another thread about this same topic, and someone actually tried to turn it into a race thing. Give me a break.
  24. It's called exaggerating. I call my boss a slave driver all the time, but I definately don't compare myself to an actual slave. He used the wrong words, and now all the drama lovers are going to make a huge deal out of it. Get a life.
  25. Gander Mountain in Charleston, WV has them. Let me know what length/action/power you're looking for, and I'll see if they have it.
