So perusing about and ordered 3 packs of Zoom Fluke Tail Goby baits - 3 colors. Should have them by Friday.

Another part of the $100 the wife let me have.

New color Chigger Craw, Pit Boss and Super Fluke to add to colors I already have. Three colors of Brush Hogs - they were out of one I wanted.  Couple weights of shaky heads and some Gamy hooks too. Also a couple more 3607 boxes - I put my plastics in those, label what type, then the boxes go in either my Advanced Angler bag or my Plano Weekender.

 

I blame @Dirtyeggroll for this purchase. If he'd stop catching big fish on his, I wouldn't have had to buy one.

That's really cool. Better than rapala too. Must be good.

Needed to restock on some jigs and stuff.  But the real reason for the post, I found some original Flappin Hogs.  I found them in a clearance bin at a local shop.  They had a few more bags but I don't use these very often.  Notice there is no tag in lower corner of the bag.  I thought it was strange but I think these maybe prototypes or something.  The tails are just slightly different from the new version and the original.

Since I already had enough swimbaits for this fall/winter the bait monkey felt it was necessary to convince me I needed more...

I have a size 25 XT I use for river walleye and smallmouth.  No complaints here, I haven't had any handle issues with mine.

I have not fed the monkey (should that be capitalized?) in some time. I hope this was a worthy sacrifice for fall bass.
