no pics but i caught a 3 lb pike last night on a Lucky Craft slender pointer

Went to the patuxent river near my house first cast caught my first snakehead. It was 24 inches and 4 lbs fought pretty hard. We chopped its head off

Almost got myself a state record Rock Bass today! This little girl was only 11" long but weighed 1lb 5oz on my scale. Maryland state record is 1lb 8oz...I don't know if it was full of eggs or just on a binge? Heck of a little fighter too!

yeah, I caught it while flipping for bass... For a second I thought I had the bass of a lifetime on the end if my line...

Wow I've never seen one that big!

Massive cold front came through today so I decided not to fool with any bass.......14.5" crappie was the largest of many for me. And my little brother caught a 13" yellow perch

These were from my first trip out this year.  Caught both on a hair rig rigged with corn.

29 inch 13lb common carp

Possible rainbow trout.  Did not measure,  appx 15 inches.

Nice carp! The second fish is a brown trout, and a nice one too.

Went our for some panfish yesterday and caught quite a few decent perch and crappie. Ticket was a marabou jig as the water was still quite chilly.

 

 

 

 

I am touring WVU tomorrow, but I had an hour and a half to kill in Morgantown, and I never go anywhere without a fishing rod.

I'm in Omaha as well and I caught this fish in that area.

25 pound Channel Cat caught Saturday, just a baby.

This little guy tricked me. Thought I had had something big when it made a long run. Bent the hook on my Rattlin' Rap.

Last week at lake anna Biggest was 15 inches

He caught that thing on a darn hula grub. Now I've seen it all.

Yeah we were fishing a rock pile for bass. We thoUGht He had a giant largemouth.

I did not catch this but I just wanted to post this. 26lbs 2oz is the second largest ever caught on lake anna. 

I can't hardly make a trip this year without doing this it seems. Hurt even worse that it was during a tournament again.
