They're good about it.  I got a rod from them and the carrier managed to mangle the rod tube and break the blank.  Impressive really.  As soon as I sent them a photo they sent me a label and the replacement was in the mail.  

Called TW today. My rod is being shipped tomorrow...Yay!!!

Yep - won't show the 10% off until the final invoice.

Curious for those that bought the electronic gift card from TW, how log did it take to get it? Ordered mine Friday the 1st and still haven’t got it. Shipping delays I understand, but electronic gift cards you would think would pretty much be automated.

Took about 2 days, it was not automatic

Usually takes about 24 hours to get the code in order to use it. I’ve had it take as long as 3 days.

Hopefully later today or tomorrow. They invoiced it today, so there is hope. 
 

Had to wait till 2021 to ask the wife for the gift card because of a deal I made to get some Dobyns rods last year. Thankfully so far the 25 days items I am looking at aren’t that popular, hope it stays that way.

Emailed gift cards are scheduled to be processed within 24 hours (during holidays it may take up to 72 hours for emailed gift cards to be processed).

Love TW, but they need to find a way to speed up gift cards. I know they have really weird rules with shipping stuff, like I can’t pay on my card and ship to a different address, but you would think an e gift card would be a slam dunk. 
 

Maybe they got scammed in the past, but curious why the long time window.

Unfortunately, they have had some issues.  If you read all the regulations for ordering gift cards there is a disclaimer that they can call the phone number on the account for confirmation and have the right to cancel the order if it's suspicious.  Hasn't happened to me but my track record with them shouldn't raise any red flags ?

Keep clicking on this thread hoping for a good sale and keep seeing tacklewarehouse gift cards discussion. It tells everything you need to know right on their website.

I'm not aware of any, but if you hurry, you have about an hour left to get a 10% off gift card, which you can then use on future orders. So that is a 10% discount.

From reading the past few pages sounds like getting the gift card is a pain in the butt. Im using a Visa gift card I got for my birthday so its not money out of my pocket, but could get a extra lure or two with 10% off.

I ordered a gift card the other day from them and had the number in my inbox within 2 hrs. I guess that won't allow you to buy any items that are on sale, as the sale ends at the same time the gift card sale ends, but anyways, my experience was very smooth, 2 hr wait time, and I was happy. I am a regular tackle warehouse customer, so maybe it went smoother?
