I've got J. Lee Howell and Horton - I'm holding hope on Horton - he's only got 3 fish, but they're pretty decent ones for 8.5 total.  If he finds 2 more like what he's got, he'd be in the 12+ range.

I heard someone on Live before the break say Horton has a 5lber in there.

 

Meanwhile, hilariously, basstrakk lists Mark Davis with a 5 fish limit going 3-2.

yea thats not bad 3 fish 8.5. hope he did catch that 5.  its still anyones game tho

here's hoping they call this one soon.  All 5 appear to be making the cut right now according to Basstrakk updates.

I keep wishing there was bad cell signal on this lake so that I could update BASSTrakk at the end of the day and all my guys killed it

After a dismal day 1, I believe day 2 for me was worse. J Lee was the only person to move up for me, and sumral (my highest points getter) has fell way off. Oh well this is super fun for my first year and we're two days in

Yeah, and I don't see Jordan Lee making it - he's inside the cut at the moment, but Ott, and KVD, and Shryock #2 all might bump him out. 

I had a much, much better day. If Wheeler hadn't bombed I would be in pretty good shape.

I'm very pleased with Day 2. Day 1 had my team all within the top 53. Day 2 has them all in the top 25. I feel pretty good that they'll make the top 12 cut tomorrow, as long as they keep doing what they're doing. Wish I could keep up better with watching it. Only the weigh in was live yesterday and my signal sucked so I couldn't watch it. I kept up with the leaderboard though. Today I was working during all of it and tomorrow will be the same. I was happy to see the leaderboard results today when I got home from work. My team had moved up decently. Hope I get to watch Sunday. Good luck tomorrow everyone! ?

P.S. I'm ranked #3 in the BR group. Yay!

The top 5 teams in the BR group all have one angler in common and it's actually not Takahiro:  It's Justin Lucas.

Welcome to the 500 club . Thats how I started last year then won the next tourney at Okeechobee because I picked Horton . Then it was all down hill from there .

Ole timmy Horton let me down.  Oh well, Jacob Wheeler was bigger bust.  Should light a fire under his ass for next tournament...however Ive followed that train of thought before and got burnt so it isnt always a safe bet

Well I really aced that one...Wheeler leaped from 97th to 95th.  Too bad this isn't a 20 day tournament, then he would have a chance at making the cut.  This is a real shock to me, there is no way I saw this coming.

 

On a different note, my wife has entered this year as well.  Since the only thing she knows about the Elite series is that Skeet Reese has a cool truck, what I do is make 2 choices for each bucket, the top one for me and I recommend the #2 for her.  So what happens?  I have Wheeler bomb and 3 in the cut while she hits all 5 into the cut.  She even did a victory dance in front of me when she saw she had more points than me so far.

None of my guys made it which means I get a head start on digging up some straight fire for the classic 

Who has anglers with the live cameras today ?That makes it a lot more fun watching . I dont have one .

Guess I’ll have a big learning curve here but sure is fun anyways
