Humorous Recommendations

Featured Replies

As is usually the case I get pop up ads on facebook recommending I buy more tackle.  I have NO idea why and really do not need any help, but I digress.  What's odd is that two ads have thrown in a suggestion.  Just 1, but a similar one...

So I need to ask, is this something I wear for luck?  Do I wear it on my head?  Is it a reel cover perhaps?  Do I fish with nothing on but this?

Have to admit. The one is chartreuse!

Fishing naked or scantily clothed streamlines me and adds an easy 5 yards to each and every cast.  You have to ask yourself if you want to perform your best or worry with subjecting the populace to your hairy mammoth legs.

I choose performance.

I choose bikini bottoms.

Sooner or later Ike will be hawking the bikini bottoms.

The side ties can be used as trailers in a pinch.

Cloth face covering

I was sent a video about using guys sports underwear to make a face mask.

Will not post it as it is really not for family viewing.

But I thought it was funny, and if I wanted to waste some money I would try it.

Would rather spend money on fishing gear.

Jedi, I had a St. Christopher's medal blessed by a Parrish priest when I went to Viet Nam for a good luck charm and never took it off until I did when swimming at the University of Richmond indoor pool where I lost it.

Got another one and had a Parrish priest in La Rose, Louisiana, bless it for me.

The original medal was given to me by one of my Cajun aunts for good luck when I went overseas.

I never have taken the second off in over 40 years and it still shines bright gold.

No. You fish for what’s in it.

Kinda like how Netflix recommends movie based off ones you watched even tho the recommendations make no sense. A while back I was browsing and they are like: since you watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre you may also like Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs.
