I just as soon prefer that we stop being teased.

Whelp, I had hoped to have an announcement for you guys this week but ran into a snag, thus delaying the announcement.

Will have something for you....soon.

This is like telling someone you got something for them for Christmas, except that you tell them on Halloween and torture them for 2 months about what it could possibly be. I wouldn't have said anything until you had it all worked out and it was a few days away, but then again it's your site.

Oh come on, the anticipation is part of the fun.

I have a feeling it's going to be like receiving a card for your birthday and it doesn't even have money in it. "Woohoo...uhhhh yay"

Hopefully you didn’t wait two months and find out it was Halloween candy lol.

So will this be like the Microsoft progress bar that says your update is 100% complete, yet you have to wait forever for it to actually complete;)

Have a seat...stay awhile.....the announcement will eventually come

While you're waiting...

Long thread....3+ weeks....somehow 'soon' and 'nothing' have become synonyms when previously they were not.

I do see a new site sponsor - something to do with butts. So far you're winning the thread! I thought the talking fish caught here in Cali was going to be the big surprise.

Actually - whaddyall think of the Butt Dial? I followed the link in the right margin. I don't have many rods and I only use a few different lines. Does anyone here use or need a system to remind you what line is on each rod?

I tend to use only a couple of different line setups, and therefore don't feel the need to have such a device. If I did have such a need, I'd probably use a small removable sticker on the reel with the line #'s written on it, but YMMV & JMHO.

So, yea-nah.

I just track everything in Excel - and have a copy on my Galaxy Tablet that's with me in the canoe...can always look it up there. No fancy gadgets, no stickers.
