 Kya's quite a playful girl and Tank is

all about Rough & Tumble.

But the size difference early on required us to keep them on lead when together.

Just for safety.

Now that Tank is filling out a little, which is funny to say as he's still very young,

but at almost 35 pounds he's a little more durable and Kya has learned to ease up a bit.  They get a few minutes of still monitored 'together' time.

So it's going well.

Looking forward to when they will 'nap' together

but that still may be a few weeks off. 

The Pawz Pack Inn is a busy place these days.

Haha, I bet.  Both look like awesome dogs and a ton of fun!

The size difference can be a funny thing.  My Bailey is only around 35-40 lbs., but she knows hiw to dominate Coltrane, who is around 115 lbs. now by using his weight against him.  When they play rough, she uses the old sweep the leg Johnny trick.  Coltrane goes down like a ton of bricks and she pounces on him pinning him.  The frackus sounds like a brutal dog fight, but they love it.  Five minutes later they are curled up sleeping next to each other.

Very familiar with the leg sweep - a fairly common but still highly effective tactic.

Kya can only take Tank's puppy teeth for a few minutes before she goes

full send WWF on his puppy butt. 

Tank could care less but the slamming of his head on the deck

is a bit concerning to us none canine types.

Pretty pup! 

My wife takes the dogs out for some type of trail run just about every morning she's up for it.

(and the road's not a mess).

Went out yesterday and she recorded some Trike-joring video.

Kya's grown and matured into quite the runner.

Not much she loves more than doing this . . .

Tank's still getting the hang of it all and prefers to run beside the Trike still.

That almost always changes, eventually.

A Dog's Perspective ~

We first rigged Kya up in the GoPro K9 mount, (straps on the top of the dog's back) followed by Tank.  It's fairly hectic to watch, but there's little doubt both dogs are having a grand ol' time while playing Chuck-it.
