I occasionally 'threaten' the wife that I'll take mine out and leave it on the mantel in the LR so I can 'keep an eye on her' when I'm in the basement.

Lol! I am amazed at the amount of people that cannot simply measure the length and the girth of the bass to get a weight estimate. Beats asking people online how much a bass weighs but I am sure they will continue to make post like these.

Rods, reels, line, and knots.  A lot of good info and reviews in there.

I knew a kid with a glass eye that would do the same thing to scare the girls. 

He lost the glass eye playing marbles with it...?
