The last 16 months have been filled with the greatest tests of my life.

 

It started on August 27, 2020 with Cat 4 hurricane Laura, followed by Cat 2 Delta, followed by an epic ice storm, & followed by historic flooding.

 

December 22, 2021 marked the passing of my 7th closest friend this year.

 

Thanks to family, friends, & bassresource I'm hanging on!

Catt, I'm really glad I've gotten to know you here through BR. What you've gone through is rough. I think it was JFK who said" it takes a certain amount of toughness to make it through each day". Hang in there friend, you'll get through these hard times. And merry Christmas to you and your family. Hoping 2022 is a much better year in every way.

Life can definitely kick us in the teeth now and then. But I know from experience that sometimes coming to BR and interacting with other members can be a welcome distraction.

 

Keep up the good fight and cherish even the small victories in life.
