Super User TOXIC Posted November 14, 2022 Super User Share Posted November 14, 2022 I literally have hundreds of pictures. My favorite is where ever I happen to be at the moment. But St Clair, the Rappahonock River, Okeechobee, Kissimmee, surf fishing Florida and the Potomac River have all been favorites. 6

We fish the old lighthouses and a spot called Trashy Point.

Super User Swamp Girl Posted November 15, 2022 Super User Share Posted November 15, 2022 @Blue Raider Bob, I once took a nurse from Missouri up there and she loved a waterfall. "What its name?" she asked. "It doesn't have a name," I answered. I took her to another and another and another. At each one, she asked, "What's its name?" And I finally explained, "There's no one up here to name anything. Not even all the lakes have names." 1

Katie, please let me assume you have Google Earth, search Open Lake Tennessee. It is to the right of the Mississippi River. Once you have it, look to the right for a slough called Right Hand Arm. Just below is another slough called Goose Pond. Zoom in on Goose pond. It is surrounded by Cypress trees in the water. Note the Cypress trees in the middle of the pond. Cypress Trees keep their leaves year round so there is always shade. No need for fancy lures here. Toss white spinner bait and hang on! Or, if your heart can take it, floating frog! Ka-Boom!!! That's West Tennessee Swamp fishin'! Only way in is a four wheeler draggin' your flatbottom boat. Leave before dark 'cause the skeeters reign supreme when light fades!
