Megabass for JDM.

American made though is Zoom no doubt.

As for hooks VMC takes the cake.

Terminal tackle is WOO Tungsten.

Berkley.   But I would dearly miss my Yamamotos, Zooms, & Strike Kings.

Because Googan is not a very good company at all.

My favorite is whatever brand pays me the most for me to say they're my favorite brand.  As of today, the spot is still open, so I don't have a favorite.  Until that day comes, I'm going to have to go with whatever brand is on sale or cheapest, which is the next best thing.

okay.  my honest answer might be DEPS and OSP.  not for the fish catching reason.  because of innovation.  they came up with a few baits that are kinda outside the box of thinking.  i love that.  total bonus that for me, at least one of them is absolutely unraveling the bass's logic and they just eat the things.  it seems like it is because they dont see it regularly.

it does bum me out that they get copied and pirated.  not like a fake rolex or Gucci bag, but more in your face copied.  hahaha.

I have a lot of companies I am loyal to. I could not name one. I could name one under each category.

Hard baits - Rapala

Plastics - Zoom

Spinnerbaits/ Buzzbaits - War Eagle

Zoom for soft plastics and it's not even close.

Strike king for hard baits

Zman for bladed jigs

War eagle for spinnerbaits

Keitech for swimbaits

Megabass or RAID Japan for JDM

Beast Coast for USDM

I would have to go Megabass. They make so many great lures

I don't have a single favorite brand but it's mostly megabass, lucky craft, and rapala for hardbaits. Zoom, zman, and gambler for soft baits.

I never gave any thought to Gambler before moving to Florida about a year ago, now the goat swim jig, burner craw, and big ez get thrown every trip, solid lineup.

@Bass Rutten get some ugly otters while you're at it. That's a great drop bait in spring and early summer. More like winter for you in fla.

Dave's Tournament Tackle.

Locally made and sold at a local tackle shop the guy who makes them owns. He's got other brands in there besides his own but I really like the pricing and quantity I get with his stuff, and it works great! I buy everything from trickworms to spinner trailers from his brand and have no complaints. You can find some stuff online, but I've never seen his stuff outside of his tackleshop.

Also OneCast Fishing for their weedless Ned heads and jigs, which is also locally owned and operated. You can check out the OneCast Fishing stuff from their website and order from it.

Bigger brands:

Gambler

GeeCrack

Keitech

Zoom!

While not my absolute favorite, I'd go with Z-man. They have their extremely durable plastics, plus Chatterbaits, jigs and Ned Heads, etc

I too really, REALLY like a couple of baits from OSP and DEPS. And I use a few other JDM baits.

But for a "one stop", I think I could do everything I need to do with Z-man. Their favorite item (for me) is surely their Minimax Chatterbait.

I like most everything made by Keitech, Gary Yamamoto, and Dirty Jigs. There isn't a "bad" product among them. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

In terms of premium hardbait brands I've liked everything I've bought made by DuoRealis.

I would have a lot of confidence with any Rapala hard bait. None of them are novel, but they all work and aren't insanely expensive. I'd put Zoom in the same category for soft plastics. Reaction Innovations is another soft plastic company where everything they make I like.

Overall if I could only use one brand for everything I'd go with Strike King since they make virtually everything. I like their stuff more than Berkley. Some of Berkley's products are straight up bad, in my opinion, whereas every Strike King product is at least good.

If we are talking hooks I'd go with Owner.

Good picks.  If you haven't already, give some OSP hardbaits a whirl.

Berkley by far. I love maxscent and the frittsides
