Robertson zero'd for the day after bringing in only 3 fish yesterday.

Last time I ever put him on the roster again.   Thought the big swimbait was gonna play being post spawn, but he really blew up my roster.

I'm more excited for the opener of Toledo Bend in FEB. as any sporting event I can remember.   It's going to be epic, a century belt will be awarded, a DD or two will be caught, and big Glides will be

Wow! I think I just put in my worst event ever. 621 points so far…

Wow and I thought I was doing bad at 810 points.

Thanks for the moral victory.

I don't feel so bad now at my *cough*986*cough* points currently.

I have you all beat -- 569 points.  4/5 of my team in the bottom 20.

d**n. I didn't realize this event would be such a bad one for everyone. I fell from 1200+ points on day one to finishing with 1016.

Oh well. Final day is today. Going to be interesting to see it all shake out. Maybe someone will catch up to Garrett.

Not that I'm gonna improve - none of my guys made the cut for today.

Now for my next total flop team at the St Johns river. I'm posting these so you guys will know who not to take.

Well that was a fun event on Harris Chain. It felt weird having things wrap up on a Monday, but congrats to John Garrett for going wire to wire with the win.

Because of that event finishing yesterday afternoon, we have a super quick turn around as the boys head to St. Johns for this weeks event. Get those picks in quickly!

Our top 5:

BassNJake

Ids922

MNFisher

DryDock37

Couple years ago one older pro decided that he wasn't even going to go up on the stage - talk about giving the finger to the fans.

Despite him doing fairly well this year - I'll never pick him because of that.

Yeah that's unacceptable behavior when you're a pro being paid to represent sponsors, and the sport as a whole.

I understand Bob Downey having to leave the Classic, and then having to leave this event with complications and then birth of a child, but I doubt Robertson has a similar excuse.

I'd bet it was mechanical failure given how often he breaks his boat, but the pro staff at these events are incredible about getting anglers up and running again.  Very curious.

My first bucket 3 pick was Palmer.....mark my words that's going to haunt me 😁

Welcher is an amazing river angler, and he has to bust the slump at some point.

Fantasy fishing adds another level of enjoyment to these events, it forces you to research more about the lake and the anglers.

Sitting here nervous about Cliff Prince, wishing I went with my gut and picked Kenta.

Mckinney keeps blowing my mind, how this literal kid does it is beyond me.   I remember what I was doing at 19 lol.

I was so tempted to take Mckinney as well. I went against him just because he's so young and unproven. Yet here he is sitting in second place as I type.

I said before the event I would chew on my sock if Walters had a second straight event 60's or worse....Basstrakk has him in 84th before weigh in.😑

Bucket A was a solid pick.....however I'm going to bomb this week because the other four buckets are horrific.

For me it was Bucket C - and my Bucket A guy is almost trailing everyone.
